The condo is located on the beach side but does not have an ocean view. The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the guest bedroom has two twin-size beds. . A shared laundry room is located right next door for added convenience. The kitchen is stocked for all your basic cooking needs and there is also a community charcoal grill located directly on the beach under the complex.. . Bella Vita is a great place to host your family reunion or just spend a week laying on the beach soaking up the rays! The property has one assigned parking spot per unit. Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails. Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. All kitchens have basic cooking essentials. Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided. The complex is equipped with a community washer/dryer. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property. Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
