We were very excited about the trip. We had never been to ocean city before but the location was much further then the map suggested. We were hoping to be within a mile or so of the beach/boardwalk but it really ended up being 2+ miles. No biggie as I am pregnant and would be able to drive to pretty much anywhere. We get to the room and when we approached it seemed to be fine. Somewhat like one of those motel situations, they are not separate cottages like we thought. When we opened our car doors, we were greeted by the loud music from the DJ. Seemed to be quite the party but it wasn’t our thing and the pool was really crowded so we didn’t even go in that area anyways. We went into our room which is at the end of the row, probably the furthest from the pool/party and thankfully it was pretty quiet in the room. The room looks like the pictures. However, upon entering, my husband who has pretty bad asthma started becoming irritated. We found that the ceiling fans were caked in dust. In addition the room lacked some basic necessities like hangers in the hanging rack and a broom. I even looked around the property for a broom but nothing. There was a broken floor piece in the entry to the bathroom that was beginning to be pretty hazardous. I emailed owner and received no response after the initial “I’ll see if I can send someone” In addition, we are convinced that the bed isn’t a queen bed but a full sized. Overall not terrible but we will probably not stay again

Perfect for our family - 2 adults and 3 kids. We slept in the bed and kids were on the couch (our kids are still little). Always had hot water for 5 showers back to back! Pool and pool bar/food is amazing! Lifeguard on duty also! Bathrooms near the pool are HUGE if you need to change and are air conditioned. Virtual check in was the best! Door code and WiFi instructions were emailed prior to check in. We were able to park right beside our unit AND there was parking for our boat. Our kids were able to play on the sand volleyball court while we were getting ready/packing/etc. Air conditioning in the unit worked perfect and had 2 ceiling fans with lights. I do wish there was a bath mat or something to step out on. We ended up using one of the hand towels. We didn’t use the coffee maker and the size of the mini fridge was fine for our drinks and snacks for the kids. The property is small and quiet - we had no issues with loud music or out of control patrons and we were there on a weekend. Located just before the bridge into OC, it was close enough to jump over when we wanted but far enough away to not be caught up in crazy traffic. We drove to the beach Thursday and Sunday and found FREE street parking with a one block walk. I have shared this location with family and friends and we can’t wait to go back!
