Hot tub was great! Feel that several of the boards on outside going to lower part need to be replaced. Also did not know that there was a table and chairs on deck that was a nice surprise. Bring close to public access was no problem. Really liked short walk to beach.

Great value. The place was fantastic, very clean, and easy walk right out to the beach. Hot tub was awesome and great view of ocean and stars from it. Beds were very comfortable and great shower and water pressure. The only thing it needs is a redo of the wood decking on the walkway over the dune to the beach.

We love holden beach. We loved the house, but the hvac vents, ceiling fans, and walls really need to be dusted. And the floor was sandy when we arrived. Mainly housekeeping issues. The house was nice.
