Very clean and nice Staff was very friendly and helpful

There were about an inch long bugs in the room One dead in the bathroom and the other crawling around by the beds Need to be sprayed

It was a very nice hotel in Lamar

I’m 5’tall. The bed was so high I could barely get in. The Direct tv didn’t have the channel we wanted so we tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. We went to the front desk and they were unconcerned about the phone and tv. I have a walker and I try to save handicapped rooms for people in wheelchairs. There was no handle of any kind in the shower so in the future I will have to get a handicapped room. To be fair the bed was comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was very good and the next morning the person at the front desk was nicer and said they always had complaints about the bed height, the tv, and the phone. Doesn’t that mean that they should fix it??
