We came in on a weekend for a concert. Property was easy to find and on a one way street which kept the traffic down and therefore the road noise down. It was suprisingly quiet to be in the middle of the city like that. Beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The shared parking on the left side of the house was not easily accessed due to cars being there when we arrived. Overall we loved our stay!

We traveled as a tennis team. The house is in an area of transition. The house was great for us. Good kitchen, dining area and living room. Beds were comfortable. However it definitely needs some quick easy fixes. Need more lighting in the downstairs bathroom!! Need window shades in the upstairs bathroom!!

Lots of space and walking distance to restaurants. Definitely will be staying here in the future.

Lovely for the most part. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. Spacious. Quiet Well appointed. I did like this little craftsman style house. Extremely convenient to the Med Center. I do have some suggestions for improving the experience. There is one main bathroom on lower floor and the lighting is substandard. Very difficult to shave or put on makeup. I don’t believe there is a full length mirror or I couldn’t find it. Easy fixes that could really notch it up

This home has it all: vintage cottage charm, meets modern tasteful furnishings and decorations in an incredibly roomy home near everything Little Rock has to offer. The hosts are super responsive! You won’t want to leave this place. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!
