Located in Jonestown, this attractive condo for $246 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This gorgeous Hilltop Villa is surrounded by breathtaking views of the countryside and Lake Travis making it great for your next get away! This Villa has easy access to all the multiple resort style amenities the Hollows community has to offer. From infinity edge pools, to 8+ miles of hike/bike/golf cart trails, a fitness center and marina. Onsite restaurant and bar with poolside service available starting in May. Golf cart (4 seater) is available for guests to rent during their stay. You will truly feel like you are at a luxury resort! This 2 bedroom/2 bath villa is just over 1,000 sq. ft. and sleeps 6 making it perfect for a family vacation or a romantic get away for a couple. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen (no food) with new oven and microwave. Backing up to a wooded area you will love how private the patio is! With 3 sitting areas on the patio you can have your breakfast outside while relaxing, drinking your morning coffee, and watching the birds. The Master bedroom has king bedding and access to the patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The villa also offers a designated work space with high speed internet. The Hollows has two large areas for gilling/smoking meals. One area is the Hilltop Smokehouse which is located at the highest point of the resort and just walking distance away (0.2 miles, according to google maps). This is a great place for family gatherings. It has covered seating with a large fire pit, grill, smoker, trash cans, sink, electricity, and restrooms. It's a wonderful place to stay a while and take in the views while watching a breathtaking sunset. Grill utensils are provided in the condo. Take a scenic walk to the lake on a beautiful paved nature trail that takes you to a Lake Travis Cove near the Beach Club. At the Beach Club you will find the 2nd Grill/smoker area, an infinity edge pool over looking Lake Travis, children's pool, seasonal spa/hot tub, fitness center with new equipment, pickle ball court, amphitheater, and access to the lake. The fitness center has a variety of equipment to meet your needs. With cardio equipment such as treadmills, bike, and ellipticals, smith machine, cable weights, free weights and an incline bench you wont have to miss a workout while away from home! (The beach club and fitness center are 1.2 miles from the condo by street.) The full service marina offers a fuel dock, a store and overnight slip rental for your convenience. Boats and Jet skis are also available for rent at nearby locations. Due to low water levels all boat ramps in the area are closed at this time. (The marina is 1.4 miles from the condo by street.) On the patio, we have recently added 2 leaf accent walls with a dart board, added new patio furniture and a bartop. Please note... those renting longer than 30 days do not have to pay resort fees! Please message owner prior to booking! The condo is 1.2 miles from the beach club and 1.4 miles from the marina and does NOT have a view of the water from the condo. The condo has a wooded view from the patio. There is a rarely used privately owned helicopter pad located behind the condo building. The Lago Vista golf course is 7.6 miles away from condo. The Condo is NOT in Austin, it is a good 35 miles to Austin. The closest areas for food, gas, etc. are Lago Vista, Jonestown and Cedar Park. The lake water levels are currently very low as we have been in a drought, therefore ALL boat ramps in the area are closed. We do provide 2 kayaks for free with our rental but at this time kayaking may not be possible due to the low water levels. The onsite restaurant & bar at the Beach Club "Wild Hare" is open Tuesday through Thursday & Sunday 11am-8pm, Friday and Saturday 11am-10pm (starting May 9th). The pool closes at 10PM daily. The hot tub is heated seasonally on weekends from Friday morning to Monday morning through memorial day weekend, after that it is not heated during the summer. The pools are not heated at any time during the year. We do allow 1 dog for an added fee. Our Golf cart (4 seater) is available for added fee. We have RokuTV's so you can stream your TV apps, we do not provide any paid for TV apps or TV channels. Please see floor plan layout in photos. If you have allergies or sensitivities to scents, cleaning products or dogs please talk with the owner prior to booking. If you need early check in or late checkout contact the host, it may or may not be available. We do not charge extra for adjusted check in & out times. Please note, there is a cleaning fee, daily resort fee and a hotel tax when booking that the host does not keep. The cleaning fee goes to the cleaners, resort fee goes to the HOA to pay for you to use the amenities. The hotel tax is divided by the city and state, 7% is charged by the city of Jonestown and 6% is charged by the state of Texas. All the rest are VRBO fees.

We stayed at this beautiful condo for July 4th. Kara is the most gracious host. She has thought of everything, down to the last detail. We arrived to a welcome basket including wine and snacks. Not only that, Kara included treats for our puppy. Speaking of our puppy - we had a little snafu and Kara was so understanding. She is truly the best! The property is beautiful. Gorgeous area of the hill country. Great community with lots to do. You could easily stay in the Hollows Community and not have to leave for anything, it has it all entertainment & a great restaurant. The Beach Club was fun and easy, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our host set us up for success, great instructions on everything. The condo is well appointed with all the amenities you will need.

We were staying in Jonestown for a wedding in The Hollows community and this condo was perfect. Kara, the owner, was so helpful and accomodating with everything. And it is so well equipped with everything needed for the week. It was so comfortable and like home. The back porch is fantastic and cozy. Even got in a game of darts. I really can't say enough positive things about Kara and her condo. Thank you!

We very pleased with the property and excited to spend my daughter's spring break from college and 19th birthday there. We had planned a small gathering with 7 of her close friends we've known for 10+ years. They are all very well behaved and respectful teens. All was going well until we received a call from the host on our second morning there. They had reviewed the door cam footage and said we had violated the house rules by having one more guest than allowed. Even though all the guests were quiet, respectful, and well-behaved, the host asked us to leave immediately with no refund. Needless to say, we were in complete shock and disbelief. I profusely apologized for breaking their rule, which was one of a long list of rules they asked us to follow. There were so many rules that we were unable to review all of them within a reasonable timeframe. Upon receiving the phone call, I asked if we could please have a second chance and assured her we would fiercely protect and follow all her requested rules. She would not consider my request at all, and went so far as to threaten calling the police if we did not vacate immediately with no money back. We reserved this rental as a vacation. It was nothing short of a nightmare that left us scrambling to find somewhere to stay the remaining 6 days of my daughter's spring break. Her 19th birthday and first spring break from college quickly turned into a very sad event, and far from a vacation. Upon contact a VRBO representative over the phone, we were told there was nothing that could be done from their end. The rep agreed with my that the host's action was harsh and unfair. He called her and tried to reason with her but got nowhere. I can only assume she either wanted to use the property for her family, or rent it again to receive double income for the week. I'm in the midst of escalating this issue with VRBO with hopes they will do something to help make us whole for this disaster. In the meantime, I would like all potential renters of this property to be aware of this sad and unfortunate situation we faced. It was far from the relaxing vacation getaway we had hoped for and spend a lot of money on.

This was my best experience on Vrbo. Kara’s villa was beautiful, clean, and tidy. You couldn’t ask for anything better! A few days before the booking Kara gave clear instructions that guarantee a smooth check-in. The villa is in the heart of Lake Travis good location, with amazing amenities as Beach Club, BBQ areas, basketball court, playgrounds, walking and bike trails, marina with available Kayak’s for your use. This villa is well equipped you won’t need to bring anything from home they have all you need portable chairs, beach towels, life jackets, coolers, tumblers to keep your drinks cold, pulley car trolley to take all your stuff to the lake. I loved that they provided plenty towels different sizes including for your make up removal and toiletries. You will have all single kitchen appliances and utensils to make your stay comfortable. Washer and Dryer was a plus and don't even need to bring detergent. The back patio is very peaceful during the mornings I got to see deer’s, an a helicopter taking off. One last thing they are dog friendly and they also provided everything that I need it for my dog. We went to celebrate my puppy’s birthday and the host was kind enough to even buy me his present and have it ready upon arrival. The host was extremely helpful before, during the stay and even after. Thank you so much for making my family stay so welcome and memorable.

Condo was perfect for our family of four! Everything we needed and close to Lake Travis access! We enjoyed brining our boat down to jump on the crystal clear water for a few days. Condo was very clean, loved the lake decor and balcony was huge, cozy with the wooded view. We also enjoyed the beach club pool, had amazing drinks and food!! The host, Kara, is exceptional and provided great details before check in of what to expect! She is so wonderful!

This property was amazing. The condo was clean and the location could not have been better. Tons of activities ranging from hiking / walking the paved trails to pool time at the beach club. We spent most of our days at the lake on the boat but did get a few walks around the property in. The host was in communication before with all the tips and tricks. We truly had a great time.
