A queen bed is in each of the bedrooms. The lanai is screened to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. This complex offers a dock, providing a serene place to fish and watch for dolphins and manatees. Comforters, sheets, pillows, and blankets are also provided for all beds. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a queen pull-out bed, and a sunroom. Everything you need for the most relaxing vacation! Devine's Turtle Bay Condominiums is a beautiful complex located on Manasota Key and Lemon Bay. Just 2 minutes away from the deeded white sandy beaches to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico. Turtle Bay is comprised of 4 buildings and 8 units. This community offers a heated community pool, and limited first come, first serve dockage! Parking - One space #2A Pool - Heated Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed **There are 3 boat slips that can accommodate a maximum of a 20-foot boat for Devine's Turtle Bay occupants only. Slips are not guaranteed until after we call management for availability. Trailer parking needs to be arranged before you arrive at one of the local marinas. Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings: Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only. Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted. Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions OR Rental Agreement (if VRBO) at the time you make your reservation. After booking, Manasota Key Realty - Conch Out Vacations will be calling regarding all payments. Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours. Each of our properties has a Security Deposit NOT shown on VRBO. Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee, and the booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.
