Tutto, casa spaziosa, ottimamente arredata e attrezzata, ampi spazi esterni, recentemente ristrutturata. Io e i miei amici la raccomandiamo tantissimo.

It smelled a bit like horses inside. Too bad no contact with the real owners. The company answering questions and managing bookings is really bad. Not kind and helpful at all.

Great size for our large family. On-site parking. Clean and very modernized.

Nothing

The house comes equipped with pretty much everything which was a blessing for us since we could cook, wash and dry clothes. The house itself feel brand-new while keeping a traditional feel to it as it was probably newly renovated. Lots of plates, and silverware, huge fridge, and big table(s) make it great for large family gatherings. 4 bedroom with some modulable beds allow for many sleepers if needed, and even the couches could probably be used for sleeping as they were very confortable. 3 showers (including 1 with a nice bath), and two bathrooms, all in different areas of the house. Navigating the house is a lot of fun even for adults, with 2 rooms having their own inside and outside entrance, a bathroom tucked in a far and very private corner of the house, and even a traditional storage room that smells and feels like old times (in a good way). The house is located on huge piece of land with trees, lawn, slide and swing, which makes it great for hyperactive kids. Another positive point is the location, with very easy and quick access to the TGV station (20min by car), and Tours city (10 min). We did not see any public transportation near the house though. The living room has an AC unit which was powerful enough to cool down the nearby rooms as well. Access was easy, as long as you follow directions, and do not miss the little entrance with red soil right before the exit to the main road. Communication with Magali, in charge of this property, was very easy to reach, as she was responsive and very clear in the instructions. We had to wait a extra hour or two on move in day as they were doing some repairs in the house, but that did not cause us any inconvenience. Another great point was the night panorama, extremely clear since the neighborhood has very little light pollution.

The wifi connection is great only in the living room at one end of the house, where the router is located. So, depending on the bedroom you chose, you will have no connection. Some sliding doors knobs are a bit finicky. One of the two yard bench table was wonky and creaked every time we sat on it.
