The location was perfect and the host Jelena was lovely and helpful. I’d recommend it because of that. The bedding was lovely and comfortable.
One of the steps on the stairs were broken and the shower/bathroom wasn’t the most hygienic. There were dirty marks at the top of the walls in the shower and the the ventilation fan didn’t work and was so covered in grime and dust and needed cleaning so flies and insects were present in the shower. The transfers to and from the and airport were nice but as we left it was agreed we could pay cash or card and was €80. We were then charge €90 and told they didn’t have the card machine so had to use an ATM at the airport which had a lot of additional charges. So that was a bit of a sour end

Cute and quirky with lots of stone and wood. Perfect position where you walked straight into the centre of Dubrovnik. Gabriela was full of fun and always responded quickly and was v informative about best restaurants etc.

The location is great, inside the old town and in a great location. I also loved how the host is trying her best to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She deserves 10/10 ratings. Rarely you find a host this easy to work with and she makes the stay very nice.
I am not sure if this is an issue in all old town properties but there are few flies in the bathrooms. But theyre harmless. This is literally the only thing I can think of that didn’t like.
