Visiting chefs will adore the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a double wall oven), while meals can be enjoyed together in the dining room or out back alongside one of two cedar pergolas. The open interior continues with a living area containing a large sectional sofa and a TV for streaming your favorite channels, while the adjacent sunroom features a shuffleboard table and a table and chairs for rainy day board games. Outside, the fun really begins in the breathtaking, fenced back yard! Here, you can swim in the pool, soak your cares away in the attached pool spa, play on the five-hole putting green, fish from your private pier, and then gather around the firepit to close out your days as the stars come out overhead. THINGS TO KNOW Outdoor shower available. Beach/pool towels provided. Games for kids and adults available in a cabinet on the sun porch. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
