This flows onto the outdoor undercover area where outdoor dining for 8, Weber BBQ and outdoor lounge overlooking the tranquil backyard lined with Ti-trees. Extending out to a fire pit area, the perfect place for those cold nights sitting around having a drink and a chat, toasting marshmallows, and listening to the pounding of the surf.  An additional fabulous living zone is situated at the front of the house, comprising of 2 large comfy sofas, throw rugs and Smart TV with Netflix. It is the ideal place to curl up and read the newspaper or catch up on the latest movies. A selection of games, toys and books are also available for guest use. In addition, an outdoor kids' play gym is also provided to occupy the kids. A ducted vacuum with 2 retractable hoses is located in the pantry & rear passage opposite the laundry door.  Bathroom facilities:  3 ensuites, a powder room and main bathroom with separate bath, shower and vanity. Laundry facilities: Front loader, dryer, ironing facilities, airer and clothes line. The perfect escape and ideal for women’s weekend away, golf trips, corporate team building groups, couples and/or families. Due to local council laws there is a strict 11pm noise curfew.
