The location
Too much mosquitos.

Comfortable, good A/C and excellent location. Close to transport, supermarket and trendy area for eats and drinks.
Better instructions in room required. We didn't realise there were window shutters till the middle of the last night.

Location, cleanness, peacefulness, meet our expectations. For a couple with one kid it would be already too small. Extra bad would take additional space.
maybe only at fist impression looks like you are to close to the street - but than you realize that there is no traffic on this street, so it was OK

The apartment was nice and close to the city centre.
The host sent us an invalid link which should have contained the check in instructions with the code for the lock box. We tried to contact the host multiple times (via message as well as calling the provided phone number), but no response.
Luckily there was another guest in the other mono apartment that was able to help us. Together we were able to figure out what was wrong with the link..
Without their help, we would have been stranded.
To this day we haven't heard back from the host.
The apartment itself was fine though (except for quite some mold in the shower).
