My family and I stayed for a weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. We arrived Friday evening and relaxed in the pool. Saturday, we woke up early and went to six flags and after a long day in the sun we went back to the house for some more fun in the pool!

Upon arrival we were a bit turned off with the readiness of the rental. Home was nice however we noticed many items half done and experience could have be great with a little more effort in the detail and amenities. Garage has a pool table but area was littered with leaves and empty boxes stacked in a corner. It wasn't a space that we could comfortably enjoy. We were also unable to secure the door leading into the garage which was a little concerning. Pros are outdoor space was nice, pool was clean and plenty seating space between patio and pool area. Also provided floatation devices which was great. Host was responsive to messages sent and booking process was easy. Overall there were more pros than cons, it was a good stay-cation and reliable space to spend time and make memories with family. Suggestion would be to put more effort in the detail and cleanliness of common areas like the refrigerator, garage and bathrooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was comfortable and convenient to lots of things to do in the area! We enjoyed downtime as a family when not on the go. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Antonio and Joleen provided a great stay! The home has been newly remodeled. Still needs a couple of items finished, but overall very clean and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive regarding any issues that came up. Appreciated their response time and proactiveness.

Didn't have a great check-in experience. Things weren't clean properly but other than that the place was very beautiful. Talk with property manager she apologize and told me if we need anything else to give her a call but other than that place looked like the pictures and we ended up have a good stay.

The Lagoon was perfect for our stay. The house was lovely and close to everything we needed. It was comfortable for all ages. The host made everything easy and was very prompt in answering questions. We will book again.

The house was great. It worked perfect for our family of 4 week in Dallas. It was conveniently located to access all the spotlights that Dallas has to offer. 3 bedrooms with 2 baths and a pool were the perfect setting. The pool table was an added bonus. The free internet was fast, the TV’s were high quality, and the overall decorations and feel of the house was great. If I would have any negatives to say it would be this. We were the first to book this home and I think it needs a few final touches. The bathrooms have no towel hooks, so finding a place to dry your towels was limited. All the fans and lights have remote controls plus switches so figuring that out was quick, but still unexpected. The pool table was not leveled and only 1 cue had a tip. These are minor issues that I am sure they will resolve so 5 stars from our family.

This beautiful home in The Colony is newly renovated and is beautifully maintained and has plenty of room.s for guests. It is a lovely visit especially if you want to enjoy with friends and family and spend time in the pool! Great location and quiet neighborhood. Highly, highly recommend!

Communication was perfect. Host was very polite & responded quickly to messages. Home was in a very quite, safe, & nice neighborhood. Me and my Family had a GREAT weekend especially in the Pool. The home was just like the pictures. Will most definitely be booking Again.

A great house in a great location! We took our teenager daughters and a few friends to celebrate birthdays in Dallas and this was the perfect place to stay with 6 teenagers. They loved the big TV and comfy couches for watching movies after a hot day at Six Flags and the pool was the perfect place to cool off from the 110+ temps. There were plenty of beds too. We could have used a few extra towels or laundry detergent to wash towels with and there were no extra trash bags but nothing a couple of runs to the store couldn’t fix. We just had a few issues with outlets not working in the master bathroom and the hot water not working in the kitchen sink but we made it work. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice and the home itself was very accommodating. Kitchen utensils were lacking some essentials. Would recommend 10/10. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.
