would book again, overall a nice place with stunning views
the view was a lovely place to stay , with fantastic views.
everything was overall good but there was dog hair on the carpet and radiators leaked , could do with sharp knives but I would still stay again.

a lovely house for a family reunion with grandchildren
spacious, stunning views, , easy access on foot to Keswick, good access to northern fells.
all the knives were blunt. A sharpener would have been helpful!
