Loved the convenient placement and Vicky was friendly and helpful throughout

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Vicki was wonderful and patient with us. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw that the pictures didn't do the apartment justice. It was bright, clean and homey. It had everything we needed so we were able to grocery shop and cook there. This maybe a silly thing but we loved that they didn't have the standard old used looking white bathroom towels. They were fluffy and grey and smelled so clean!!! Yes, you can hear the people above but this is an apartment after all and the apartment above is somebody's home, not a rental. We've lived in a ground floor apartment before so we were expecting much worse. This place was much larger than we expected, every room was a really good size. It's also a great location. Yes you share a parking lot with some businesses but it was still quiet and safe. There's a police and fire complex right around the front of the laundry mat and the grocery store is right next door. If you've visited the U.P. before, you know how "rustic" most of the rentals can be. This place is not like that. The furniture and furnishings are not "worn in" and are fresh and comfy. Loved it and would be super excited if they have availability when we come back!

Plenty of space for large family. I highly advise updating floors to LVF instead of high pile carpet. The kitchen is nice to have with plenty of things in the cabinets and full size fridge. The windows with air ducts could be updated from tons of tape to plywood&locks for efficiency & safety reasons. One of 3 TV’s had no battery in the remote. The bathroom had a natural slate walk-in shower which I personally prefer instead of a Tub. Walking distance to main road full of nearby restaurants. 2 dispensaries located within 50 FT of building. There was an outdoor space on the side with no signs, not sure who’s area it was, so I didn’t touch it. Helpful if there would be a foldable used baby jumper crib in the empty closet. Did not use 2 sofa beds, they looked to be nice!

The property is not in a neighborhood. It is behind a gas station, next to a cannabis shop and in the basement of a laundromat. The apartment was very humid. The towels in the bathroom felt damp. The bathroom’s floor was wet, so was the toilet paper. It was noisy. Lots of sounds from above. Voices, thumps, mechanical whirring sounds. There was a semi parked in the grocery store next door. It was running and shining its headlights into the apartment, lighting up the room. This was ongoing for a few hours.

Very nice little quaint place that is perfectly located. We went during the off season so their was not much traffic.

The house is very cute and comfortable.

It was a nice property with a central location in Munising. You could easily walk into town and was quiet. If you are looking for a place to that is comfortable and clean as a base for a trip exploring the area this is a great option.

Wonderful stay! Perfect location, close to food, shops, Pictured Rocks, waterfalls, and Lake Superior. The property is super clean, quiet and private. They have the most comfortable beds! The host were amazing, and responsive to all communications. They were amazingly kind and accommodating when I had car trouble as I was getting ready to check out. Will definitely be back!
