The room was breathtaking and it was convenient to everything we needed! We had a lovely time. Especially loved the high ceilings and big windows.
The wifi was not good.

Amazing location and it’s really spacious!
We were able to take short breaks in between our Porto exploration.
We were staying on the first floor and it was impossible sleep; you could hear every sound and noise outside of the door in the corridor. We had to buy a pair of earplugs.

Great location. The units are clean and on point.
Check-in could have been better. We booked four rooms and arrived perfectly minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time. However, all the check-in instructions and room details were sent in massive messages right before 3:00 PM while we were literally standing outside with all our luggage. Juggling four rooms' worth of information on the phone on the sidewalk was stressful. It would make for a much smoother check-in if the general procedures and information were sent at least few hours ahead of time, so guests know what to expect, leaving just the door codes for arrival.

The location was great and the apartment was very spacious and clean.
It would have been nice to have some improvements like curtains, a mirror, an iron, paper towels, hand soap, and additional bath towels. The wifi also did not work.
