The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with 2 walk in closets and adjoining master bathroom. The guest bedroom has queen bed and is located near the Guest Bathroom, just down the hall from the Laundry Room.
Its is easy to fall in love with the Open Concept floorplan of the Birkdale Model, which features an open kitchen with an island a eat-in breakfast bar & formal dining space with seating for 4 and a beautifully designed living area where you can relax after a day on the golf course! There is also an outdoor Storage Closet for each Unit, which is located just across the hall from your front door.
The Babcock National Amenity Center includes a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Tennis and Pickle ball courts, a Resort-style pool with lap lanes & a Spa / Hot Tub. This property was fantastic. The location to amenities were excellent and the community is fantastic. We stayed for two months with our little dog and the community to also extremely pet friendly. We would highly recommend this property! The view and sunsets are amazing!

We had an amazing stay! This lovely condo offers fantastic views of Lake Babcock, the 10th fairway, and phenomenal sunsets! Plus, the golf, pool, workout facility, and pickleball courts are all within a five minute walk away! Also, Ethan was very responsive whenever my husband and I had any questions for him.

Ethan was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed cycling, walking, swimming and eating at the 3 restaurants while at Babcock Ranch.
