About this house rental
The perfect destination for one (or two) families to settle in for relaxation and fun. Whether you are visiting for work or play, you will find everything you need to have a comfortable & enjoyable stay!
Located a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Edmonds/beach/ferry and 30 minutes to Seattle, you can easily get everywhere you want to visit. Edmonds is a chill, quaint walkable beach town you will love.! Visit Seattle by train or the Olympic Peninsula by ferry.
Through the front door, you will find the delightfully remodeled kitchen and living room. This space was designed with families in mind, with comfortable furniture and room for everyone to connect and relax.
Next to the living room and kitchen, you'll find 3 bedrooms with a full bath at the end of the hallway. Past the kitchen before going up the 1/2 flight of stairs to the large master, you'll find the laundry room and 1/2 bath. The master bedroom is like an oasis, with SO much space, including a reading nook that could be used as an spot to relax or extra sleeping space with the 2 twins/day bed.
The fenced back yard is the perfect size for playing and the covered patio is the perfect spot to enjoy outside in the shade. A 7 person covered hot tub was just added. About 1/2 mile from public pickleball courts, tennis courts, and pool.

Our family of 6 adults really enjoyed our stay at this house. We made breakfasts everyday with ease in the kitchen before heading out for daily activities. Washer & dryer helped us recycle our limited packed clothes. The yard was larger than expected and we sat outside very often to enjoy the Edmonds sun. The hot tub was a nice perk after a busy day and we used it daily on cold, early evenings. The house was very clean with just the right amount of amenities and supplies to help with daily tasks. The neighborhood is quiet which was perfect for our group of adults. Our host answered all our inquiries quickly and I would recommend this home to others. What a lovely place for our family vacation.

It felt very cozy and had all the basic needs plus a few I wasn’t expecting like coffee single creamers and sugar! Q-tips etc. beds were comfy and I love lots of pillows and they had more than plenty. Such a cute kid room my 2yr old grandson loved the boat bed and toys and books! The host was super nice and responded very quickly! The yard was so relaxing, and close to stores, churches, and beach! It is in line with a school so just plan your outings or coming home after school starts or ends as the line is long if staying during a week day. I would stay again.

The kitchen is well appointed - we made a number of meals at home and found all the pots, pans, measuring cups, etc. needed to make the meals. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. We will 100% stay here again when we are back in Edmonds.
