Included - Central AC, outdoor shower for sandy feet and bottoms, outdoor gas fire pit, gas grill, linens, towels, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, 2 full size fridge/freezer, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, corn hole There is an attached apartment on the house which is occupied by the owners mother. She is not intrusive on guest’s privacy. She is very friendly and will not bother guests. She does NOT share the yard or any part of the rental section with guest. Private dock will have owners boat docked on it. Owners will on occasion use boat. Owners will notify guests before arrival if guests prefer. Owners will not encroach on guests privacy. Guest are not allowed on boats. Quiet neighborhood feels like your away from it all but really so close to everything. Great location. I will be available for guests at reasonable times during the day unless an emergency. I work so please bare with me as I will respond as quickly as possible.
