Das Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung, sauber und ordentlich. Hand und Duschtuch war vorhanden.

Kein Wasser an der Toilette. Keine Rezeption. Ich wurde von einem Mann in Hausschlappen ohne jegliche Deutschkenntnisse empfangen. Sein Chef hat sich telefonisch dazugeschaltet. Es gab kein Frühstück.

The room was fine and for the most part the staff was nice but there was a lot of miscommunication on their end.

The breakfast time was very confusing. I asked one of the employees when breakfast ended and was told 9 am. Then I came downstairs the next day at 8:10 AM only to be told that breakfast had already ended at 8 AM. Although i was able to convince a staff member to open the kitchen up and give me bread and cheese, I asked at 8:30 AM if I could have some tea as well and was told it was getting late and I left to avoid any furthers issues and didn’t return to have breakfast at the hotel because of this unpleasant experience. I was also told I couldn’t pay by credit card even though it says they accept visa, Mastercard, etc. on the booking site. It was unfortunate since this was a business trip and is unusual for a hotel not to have this option. I was also told to pay for the whole stay as soon as I arrived at the hotel which was also unusual.
