Wonderful place to stay, very enjoyable, plenty of linens, and very clean. Neighbors and other neighboring guests (I would assume) were a little strange but that can't be helped.

Condo was wonderful. Getting into the neighborhood of Aprll Sound was very difficult ——every time we left the property! The community needs to come up with a better way. Maybe something like when you check in a windshield paper or something to show you have been vetted! Because of the process, there was always a line of cars! Would take a minimum of 10-15 to get to front of line! Every time the guard would take a minimum of 5-10 min to check out ID?! Several times they asked that we drive around and get to back of line as they were having problems finding us on “list”! Nothing changed from original check in!

This rental was absolutely wonderful. Everything you needed was supplied by the host. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Check in was a breeze. The condo is in a gated community and our names were provided to the gate which made for painless access. The place was spotless. The washer and dryer worked well. Communications with the host were clear and as frequent as necessary. Great stay.

The views were relaxing. Everything was clean and homey. Short walk to the lake was very convenient. It was a much needed getaway!!!

Our family of four really enjoyed the spacious two bedrooms, two bathrooms house. Paula is the sweetest, she responded quickly to our questions. The place is very clean, lots of towels are provided. Location is perfect, lovely balcony looking over greenery areas. Living room is comfortable, tv and luscious sofa. Nicely equipped kitchen, we didn’t feel like we need anything. We loved our stay there and will definitely go back.

The one main complaint was every time having to stop and check in at the front gate again and again. Having to know the address and repeat your name every time you come back to the house. Why not have a tag for ppl for the week end or week, whatever, different colors mean your stay. It was just a PIA

We had a lovely vacation because the property was perfect.

Paula was very responsive. At the last minute we needed to bring our son, but he enjoyed hanging out in the room and having his own space. This unit had everything we needed to cook and enjoy being together. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with our host & the property we stayed in. This was our first time with a VRBO and we were a little apprehensive at first but after our experience with "Sweet Serenity", we would definitely do it again! The 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit was perfect for us & we loved the location and all the amenities!

Beautiful rental that was a short distance to my relatives in Conroe. Listing is exactly how it is described. Great communication with the owner. Response was always in a timely manner and very accommodating. Very impressed and will most definitely will be renting here again!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was beautiful, clean, and modern. Loaded with extras, bottled waters, snacks, full size GOOD conditioner and GOOD shampoo. Paula was very attentive. The condo is within steps from the water, nice pool. We will definitely be back!
