About this resort
Incredible views everywhere in the condo!!!. 3rd floor end unit with extra windows in kitchen and bedroom. Over looks oceanfront pool. All tile flooring, full kitchen. Two swivel club chairs in living room. WIFI cable TV. 6 pools, Jacuzzis oceanfront cabana bar. If leaving sliders open please turn off A/C. Condo is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children under 16, if booking for more please check with me first before booking. Starting January 2025 there will be a $10.00 parking fee per day payable by credit card at the guard gate.

Hallway has built in bunkbeds with privacy curtain and separate dresser. Kitchen has dishwasher, glasstop stove with oven, full size microwave and refrigerator, Table with seating for six. Living room has commercial grade sleeper sofa, and two swivel club chairs TV with VCR/DVD player and game console with games. WIFI for internet access. No daily maid service, cleaning lady comes at end of your stay to clean. Do not take our linens or towels to the beach, please bring your own beach blankets and beach towels. Must be 23 to stay at resort, they check ID.

Well maintained condo with perfect decor for the beach. So cozy! The frozen mugs were a great touch! Beautiful view from the balcony. The host was responsive and friendly. Will definitely be coming back to this property.

We didn't realize the twin beds were in the hallway, but it worked out fine. We would just have to sit on the patio to make sure the kids could fall asleep. We liked having all the beach toys. The couch just seemed dirty to us, which was disappointing and the music nearby could be loud at night. Fine if you wanted to listen but not always easy if you want to go to bed early. we were mostly disappointed after reading so many positive reviews that the furniture was so worn out and in need of cleaning.
Bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Kids enjoyed the pool.
