This Avenger trailer has had only had two owners, and we bought it from our friend who only took it out one time. It is very clean and we can only rent to non-smokers due to allergies. It is fully stocked with linens for the queen size bed, towels for 4, dishes, cookware, and a few necessary supplies for dishwashing needs, foil, rag towels, etc. Although the trailer could sleep 8, we are renting it out as a 6 person rental (for the best comfort).
