More photos coming soon! We are renovating for our summer guests! 4 bedroom home on a large lot with a fun backyard in a safe and quiet culdesac only a 4 minute drive from Skaha Lake. Brand new A/C unit! Three bedrooms are equipped with Queen size beds and one bedroom with a daybed/trundle which pulls out to be the size of a King bed. The house is spacious for the whole gang with a decent size kitchen, two living room areas and ample space in the backyard for barbecue and games. The house has two full bathrooms. Fall/Winter: Apex is one of BC's hidden treasures thanks to terrific snow and terrain. Our house is located a short 35 min drive to the mountain. Spring/Summer: A triathlete or family oasis! With access to Ironman Canada Race Courses you’ll enjoy such close access to Skaha Lake to ramp up your swim training! The space Wineries and breweries nearby! Experience wine tasting (EPIC CYCLING TOURS - necessary to check them out) or hop on a riding beer tour. Our favourites include Painted Rock, Poplar Grove, La Franz and basically anything along the Naramata Bench - starting at less than 2kms away! If you're a foodie, check out Time Winery for their burgers! Skaha Lake and Okanagan Beach is a short walk or an even shorter drive. We have 8 beach towels and beach chairs for you to use while you're in town. If you want to play sports we have a soccer ball, football, or badminton net available in the shed.
