Well located, very close to the harbour and all the bus stops. It was clean and the owner was really kind, she made sure we had all we needed and gave us tips where to eat and drink 😊
Everything was as expected from the photos and provided description.

The owner was very nice and helpful. The location is excellent, right in the Old Town, and very convenient for exploring the area. The stairs are not really something to complain about, as this is the Old Town and stairs are simply part of the experience here.
The Wi-Fi worked well and the air conditioning was also good. The room was clean.
Unfortunately, the bed was not very comfortable, and there was quite a strong smell of dampness in the room. There is also a staircase and a door inside the room that seem to lead somewhere, but they cannot be accessed. This feels a little strange and somewhat creepy, especially because you don't know what is behind them.
The fridge was clean, but there were some products inside that looked like they had been there for a very long time, which was a bit unpleasant.
There is a washing machine, which is a nice extra, but it was a little confusing to find it when arriving because it cannot actually be used by guests.

The apartment was perfect for our 4-day holiday. The location was excellent; moving around Dubrovnik is pretty easy. It had all the basics and a full kitchen set that saved us some time and money cooking at home. The host was very communicative and gave us a quick response.
If I had one thing to say, the sofa bed was too sturdy for comfortable sleeping, but the bed was nice.

Location! If you want to be within the walls this is great. Small but it has a kitchen. Friendly owners.
It doesnt have AC as advertised... it is a fan. Big dissapoinment when you are travelling in a peak summer time and AC is a primary criteria for selecting a room. The clothes in our suitcase became damped with the humidity in the room...
Probably this wont be an issue in other moments of the year..
Also, be aware that the wifi is basically non exsistant. If you need a place with reliable internet for work or to make travel arrangements..this is not the place.
