Nestled in Arlington, this attractive house for $282 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome! This safe, warm space is available for you and your family! Come and spread your feet in our cozy living room area or take a break in our dedicated lounge area that is conveniently located next to the kitchen. This home also features a second level that is all dedicated to entertaining. While we have the entertainment room that has a pool table and foosball table, we also have a separate movie theatre room that is available to entertain the kids! This family-friendly home is located near 3 major attractions! The Tivoli Getaway is located 13 minutes away from the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, 14 minutes from Six Flags and 12 minutes from the Texas Rangers Stadium! The Living Room: Large family-sized couch with a 55” TV. Netflix and HBO Max included. Game Room: An entertainment room with a full-sized pool table, foosball table and an old-school arcade machine! We also have one 40” TV with a sound system to enjoy. Secret Movie Theatre Room: This room is hidden in one of the bedrooms, and can be found with 4 bean-bag sized chairs and one 50” TV. The Kitchen: Fully equipped with dish ware, pots/pans, utensils, a coffee maker, a microwave, stainless steal appliances, sugar, salt/pepper, and cooking oil. Dining area: Dining table that seats 6 people. We also have a small lounge area that is equipped with wine glasses and board games. Master bedroom: King size bed with a desk for those who are working professionals. Second bedroom: One twin size bed with one full size bed. Plenty of closet space in this room! Property is nicely appointed and well maintained. We were given wrong entry code which caused some delay and confusion; host was very responsive and solved the problem. We enjoyed our stay but had issues with the beds being too firm for us; we are older, so they may be fine for younger backs.

Absolute best Vrbo experience for our family. Home located in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to everything. (Activities, restaurants, shopping and more) Home was very clean, spacious and the games provided were a plus. We enjoyed playing pool, cards, and cornhole with our boys. The host was great and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely will be staying there again when in the DFW area.

We stayed here due to proximity to hurricane harbor and lone star park for the price. The house layout was really unique and fun. Well stocked and well kept. Perfect for families! Neighborhood isn’t the best, but we didn’t have any issue. The general proximity to everything is amazing. Would definitely consider staying again if we had plans in the area.

The house was a great for kids between 10-13. The secret loft in the bedroom along with the game room made the house really entertaining for the young kids. The location is close to restaurants, outlet mall and Six Flags!

Our family planned a trip to Grand Prairie attractions, Epic Waterpark and Boulder adventure. This house was the perfect location lots of room for 3 kids. We cooked breakfast and had everything we needed. After a crazy busy day at the Waterpark the adults enjoyed the wine left to us by the host, while kids played pool.

Katarina was wonderful as well as the home. It was clean, exactly what we expected. Her communication was great, and she checked in on us during the stay! It was very close to a Walmart for any groceries we needed, restaurants, and not far from the mall for shopping and close proximity to At&t Stadium for the game! We definitely recommend staying!

This was a great place to stay. The host was very considerate by having toothbrushes and paste available if needed. There was a coffee maker and pods in the kitchen. The bath towels are amazing! The only thing I would change are the beds are a little firm, but I imagine they will soften over time. But we will definitely stay here again!

We had one item that we were in need of it was a toaster everything in the kitchen was amazing and clean And the master bathroom was great except the window made much noise because closest of a bigger highway All the mattresses are very firm not hard though ( felt like temperpedic )
