Huge room, beds and bathroom. Great kitchenette and cooking facilities with oil salt pepper. Nespresso machine with teas coffees and capsules. So quiet and lovely Elbe views. Great bus service that stops right outside the building.
But if a shame, but no luggage storage as it’s all humanless online check in and out with key code via their app (no reception).

The location is very peaceful and serene, with lots of scenery
The bed had two single mattresses put together which makes it uncomfortable at times, instead of a double bed mattress

We stayed in a double room with a pull out couch for the two kids to sleep on. The double bed was comfortable and I liked that there were two separate mattresses, so I couldn't feel my husband moving around. The pull out couch was fine for the kids, but adults would find this very uncomfortable, with very hard mattress. The shower was great and appeared to be in part accessible. The room had a coffee maker but no hot water heater for tea, even though there were tea bags (?). The check in and check out process was very easy and the app worked well. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel and the bus goes at regular intervals from the S-bahn. The hotel's location is very far from Hamburg city centre, but in a gorgeous location, right on the beach of the Elbe, lots of green around, the beautiful old town of Blankenese, a ferry connection into town just a few minutes' walk away, and very very quiet. Altogether a splendid stay.
The lighting could be brighter and sometimes seemed not to work, after re-entering the room (though that might have been me not understanding how the main switch operates).

Good view, terace, cosy bed.
Room wasn't cleaned properly. Communication and data protection did not at all meet my expectations.
