About this condo rental
Nestled in Trearddur Bay, this attractive condo for $205 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The Penthouse is located on the top floor of the former Beach Hotel and is situated in the heart of Trearddur Bay with a wide range of restaurants, pubs, shops and amenities close by, and the exceptional European Blue Flag beach less than a five minute walk away. Comfortably accommodating up to six guests in the large open plan living space, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, The Penthouse is ideal for families, friends or couples to enjoy their holiday with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do. This bright and spacious apartment has been designed with a contemporary feel in mind and an uncompromised attention to detail. Our primary focus when preparing The Penthouse was to ensure our guests will be as comfortable as possible. Carefully selected furnishings and tasteful décor combine to provide a truly delightful and relaxing environment. Accommodation In the main lounge area there is ample space for guests to relax on the comfortable three piece suite. A large flat screen TV with integral Freeview, and a Blu-ray player are provided along with a selection of DVDs. Adjacent to this is the play room which comprises of a large flat screen TV with a Sony PlayStation 3 and a selection of games, and a games table. There is also a selection of conventional board games and books available. Free Wi-Fi is available to all Penthouse guests. A large extending glass dining table and six chairs provides space for guests to dine in comfort. The superbly equipped kitchen is again of a modern design and comprises of a gas hob, electric fan oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are three bedrooms; one king, one double, both with ensuite bathrooms, one twin bedroom, and a family bathroom. All baths have a thermostatic shower over and shower screen. General Information High standard of cleanliness assured Apartment pre-heated if necessary Freshly laundered bedding and towels provided High chair, cot and selection of toys available upon request at no extra cost (bedding for cot is not supplied) Off site parking in large private car park Non smoking only Open all year round When making your booking, please inform us if you require the cot, as this needs to be assembled and placed in situ prior to your arrival (please note, you will need to bring your own bedding for the cot).

Excellent location to the beach, wonderfully sized place, granted there were only 2 of us but it would be more than sizable for the 6 it can hold. Great helpful info pack, clean, warm, can't fault it! Thank you for a lovely stay to help us ring in the new year!

A lovely, spacious apartment in a convenient location. The accommodation was very well equipped and clean throughout. Communication with the owner was very good.

Really nice, comfortable flat close to the beach. Particularly good for family groups of different ages as there's effectively a bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms. Little football table/gaming area much appreciated and though we ate out most of the time, the kitchen diner is perfect too. It's a Georgian building and clearly comes with Georgian building issues (the legacy of a roof leak?) and its next to a pub but honestly, there was zero noise when we were there over a busy Easter weekend. Excellent communication from host, especially when an issue at their end arose before our check in - they were incredibly thoughtful about how to adjust things. So we hope to go back because it is the perfect spot for our family group with a couple of older teens. Also Trearddur Bay is just great for them because they can do everything they want to within walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Penthouse apartment. It’s within walking distance to local restaurants and the beach. All communications were extremely efficient. We look forward to staying there again soon.

The apartment was well-equipped, clean and within an easy walk of the beach, shop and restaurant. We had a bit of a problem with the key-safe as there are two safes numbered 10 on the pillar. Cheryl was very helpful and easy to contact.

Lovely home from home apartment
Lovely, clean , spacious ,well equipped apartment. Information provided by the owner on how electrical appliances work and what to do and where to eat was very useful.
The games room was a great addition and appreciated by the children and adults.
A beautiful beach within a 2 minute walk.
The only downside was the parking which was behind the property, although some
parked on the roadside or a nearby side street but this didn’t spoil our break.
Would definitely look to book again.

It was a lovely flat but I had a couple of problems. Firstly, I found it very difficult to dry clothes and staying for a week with an 11 and a 12 year old, I had plenty of washing, so could really have done with a dryer. Also I was a little disappointed we could not re-cycle our rubbish. Otherwise a great place - we loved it.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Penthouse, which is located minutes away from the beach. The apartment is extremely comfortable and has a sense of feeling at home. It is great for our family, with younger and teenage children, with lots to keep them occupied. The owners are quick to communicate with you if you have a query and this year with the restrictions, sent out a list of local places to eat prior to arrival, in order to give you chance to book, which was very helpful. Highly recommended staying here.

Lovely place, lovely space.
Was actually better than we thought! One bedroom was a little cold but the window was broken (we found the note on the fridge). Clean, plenty of space, toys for the kids...We had a lovely time.

The Penthouse is situated in an excellent location within 5 minutes walk of the wonderful Trearddur Bay & The Sea Shanty which was our favourite restaurant.
Not only ideally located for Trearddur Bay but also ideal to travel around spectacular Anglesey. Each time we visit we find another treasure this time being “The Dingle” where we were lucky enough to see the red squirrels.
The owners of the Penthouse have thought of everything. Comfortable, Spotlessly clean, spacious & modern & the added benefit of secure parking at the back of the property.
We will definitely be booking again.

Trearddur Bay - Excellent Location
Our young family had a great holiday staying at this apartment. Just over the road from the beach we loved having evening walks after days out exploring different parts of Anglesey. The communication with the owner/manager was excellent with quick replies to any of our questions.

Our second home.
We’ve stayed at this property a few times now, each time it seems to get better and better. Absolutely love the place, it’s in the perfect location only a couple of mins walk from the beach and some beautiful local restaurants. There’s a spar in walking distance but if your looking for a bigger shop there’s Tesco and Morrison’s close by- about a 5 min car journey. The apartment is fully kitted out and has everything you’d ever need, as if it’s your own home. There’s plenty of space and with 3 baths rooms you definitely won’t be fighting to get ready. All in all the perfect place to stay.
We will definitely be returning.
