The staff are wonderful, charming and helpful. The hotel is a tad tired. I hope it gets a refresh soon as it is a wonderful old structure in a great location.

Everything very good, There was only an issue with a power outlet next to the bed: I used it for my night oxygen machine, but discovered the hard way that with switching off the bed-lights, you also switch of this outlet…… The staff was not aware of this and promised to contact the technical staff. (My machine has a emergency battery, so I was able to make it through the night)
