We were immediately greeted by the front desk host. My little girl mentioned we were going to Disneyland for her birthday and they upgraded our room so we could view the fireworks from our room as well as have her a goodie bag with a hat, keychain and autograph book! Very thoughtful
The hotel was nice, the room had been upgraded, although the bathroom could use an upgrade next.
Overall we had a great experience and was close to Disneyland

Everything was great, outside a discrepancy on the parking payment but that manager lady whose name I didn't catch handled it promptly. We will for sure be staying here again on our next trip.
