Perfect place to stay and take the trolly to a Rangers game and back.

Close to Globe Life, Trolley, breakfast.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Arlington! Highly recommend! The breakfast was great, room was spacious, close to everything, trolley is a nice bonus! Will be staying here next time I’m in town.

This property was clean and well maintained. Definitely worth the money spent.

Our room #129 was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was on the Eastside of the bldg so the hot west sun wasn't trying to heat up the room. It was right by the pool so the lights were on all night which lit up the room. The area around the sink was kind of small as in spreading your stuff out but it worked. Breakfast was ok. Eggs that were fluffy which were ok-ish bacon was good. We'll stay here again. Overall we like it.

We went to Six Flags, everything was Great! No complaints at all.

Everyone was so polite, professional and courteous during my checkin. They answered all my questions and were very professional!

I was able to check in early . I was upgraded to a bigger room.. the pool was clean and inviting. The lobby is spacious. I like the convenience of the laundry room .. great breakfast area. Friendly staff ..

The hostess Mrs. Phillis was awesome, professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and great to have when you walk into a hotel.

Room was very clean. Comfortable mattress. The hotel is near Six Flags over Texas and I 30 but the noise was not a problem. The grounds were well maintained. Free trolley pass to Globe Life Field. I’d definitely stay here again.

I was really disappointed that your hotel did not reimburse us any funds for mistakenly booking at your hotel. When I was looking for hotels in Grand Prairie, Alberta Canada, your hotel popped up and I did not notice that it was from TX. I didn’t even know there was a Grand Prairie in the US. Anyway, I feel that you could have at least partially if not fully refunded me. I was disappointed in the service in this regard.

Elevator not working. Television not picking up signal. Un-watchable.

Good Place, close to a lot of amenities. Could use a shuttle for the airport.

Upon arrival no one was there for check in .Three customers were waiting an one ended up walking off. After awhile 2 people walked up a man and a woman. The woman was nice and the man was in wrinkled cloths with paint stains I couldn’t tell if he worked there at first. Well his demeanor was like his clothes unwelcoming. I was able to get checked in finally than I decided to come back and asked about upgrading to double beds. The up charge wouldn’t have been a problem. However Mr.Jack I believe referred to me as a third party customer in loud voice and I treated as if I was not a customer. I originally asked the woman I felt safe with but he answered in rolling his eyes and twitching his neck. I thought he just a guy in the front.He kept referring to me as a “ third party customer loudly “ I direct my questions towards the women who was professionally but I wanted to cancel my night and not even stay there. I felt like an unwanted guest. As a woman I felt very uncomfortable.

I liked the friendly, helpful staff. They were open and accommodated my requests.

All was well except the toilet is too low, no restroom ventilation, and the refrigerator is too small. Had to stand a bowl sideways to close the door. Bed was comfortable.

Everything was okay until breakfast time. When you have a lot of families staying and kids want waffles and there is only 1, one waffle machine. Took 45 minutes standing in line and another 10 minutes to make 2 waffles. There was no meat, sausage or sausage pattie to go with the eggs. The quiche and breakfast sandwich with no meat taste awful.

The hotel was super clean and well kept. Breakfast could have been a bit better. Only one waffle maker and toaster (didn’t warm) and there was always a line at both.

This was the perfect place to stay close to ATT stadium. Zero complaints.

It was much dirtier than the one in Ft. Worth. The reception staff tried to charge me even though I had already paid. There was no in room safe. The “gym” was 2 treadmills and some free weights. I didn’t see any cleaning supplies. The pool was also unkempt. Overall, very disappointed.

I was there for a quinceañera celebration coming from Houston. I arrived earlier than expected and they let me do an early check-in. The front desk receptionist that was working on the morning of 3/18/23 was very friendly and professional. I’m glad she let us know that the front door closed at 8 and we needed our key to come back in. Made us feel safe. Not a lot of hotels do that. Overall had a great experience. If I ever go back to Dallas I will most definitely stay at this location.

The staff at check in was rude and got an attitude when I asked him to nicely repeat what he asked for.

The TV and the phone in our room didn’t work. Person at desk couldn’t fix. We checked out a day early and they still charged us for the last day. Never stay at a Fairfield or Marriott property again.

Stayed here for 5 nights for a CDL Major - upon check in there was a new staff member who didn’t give any information on pricing. I booked through Expedia and had a price that I was under the assumption I was paying and after I got to my room noticed the charge on my account was over $100 more than I anticipated. Discussing with the Assistant GM got me to the conclusion that I was charged an extra $100 due to incidentals - $20 per day of the stay. This was extremely frustrating because this was not communicated to me upon check in. Hotel was nothing at all extravagant, but relatively okay as I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Property is a little dated. The wifi is absolutely awful, you can’t connect the tv in your room to the wifi because you can’t accept the terms and conditions pop up that you get when you connect to the network. Broken items in room - such as missing lamp on bed and second bed had no lamp shade. When I booked with Expedia, I booked a king room and to my surprise, they sold all of their kings before I arrived so I was put in a double room despite my reservation. My partner and I also found a mystery sock behind a chair in our room that did not belong to either of us. This stay definitely shafted my view of the Fairfield extension of Marriott and more than likely will not get my business again.
