The hotel was under construction so there's that. But I was given a great room away from the noise and mess. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. There are 2 things they could improve upon.....invest in better pillows!!! and have a non stick spray for the waffle machine for breakfast! Other than that, it was a clean, quiet and restful stay.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Be careful with the breakfast. The " juices" are concentrated sugar water with dye. The water they skimp on in the fake juice goes into very soggy scrambled eggs. The waffle maker is cast iron and even with dumping ton of oil on it, the waffles stuck so badly they came off in pieces. The night receptionist and the breakfast staff guy were good. The morning receptionist guy couldn't care less
