The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze.

A perfect location for my stay. Quiet neighbourhood, easy parking, close to restaurants and stores. The room is spacious, although outdated. Appliances are working.

The staff was wonderful. The only quirk was I stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, my room key didn't work. It could have been too close to my cellphone. The manager was just outside the office, and noticed me having difficulty. He walked over to my room, asked for my room key, and went and reprogrammed it without me even asking.

The decor was very outdated but the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to several different eating/shopping options. Every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
