Awesome staff. This is our go to for our overnights in Omaha.

The front desk person is nice and helpful. The room are clean and smell good. This is my first time stay and for sure I will stay again when I am in Omaha. Really recommended this place 👍

Very nice, quiet place, even though it is just offa busy city street. Tv remote didn't seem to work, had power, but didn't control the TV even after pressing TV button. Table lamp didn't work-likely a burned out bulb, same with a light over the microwave. We didn't use the room that much, so the issues didn't matter too much to us. All said, it's a good place to stay, and will likely be returning in the future.

This was a reasonable place to stay, especially if you want a kitchenette, but it is important to know that it appears to be more of a place where people live for perhaps extended periods of time rather than what I would think of as a regular hotel. So, at least on a Saturday night it was kind of noisy outside with people hanging outside of their "apartments", playing music, etc., as they should be able to if they live there. But it was hard to get to sleep for a while.

The beds were comfy. The rooms were nice. The floors needed a very good washing though.. We wouldn't walk around barefoot as usual because our feet got so dirty. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Advertized as non-smoking room. Clearly it was not. Approached manager and was told it was smokers next door when residual smoke stank was obviously in our room.

I felt very unsafe there

Very clean, staff was very friendly.

The first room we were given had a horrible smell-like someone had been smoking and the cleaning product used was meant to mask the smell. When I asked for another room, it was the same. Having no choice, we turned on the fan to try to dissipate the smell. Then we noticed the sheets on one of the beds was stained. This place was really a dump and not as represented with an “8” rating on your website. It is a “6” at best.

Place is used by monthly renters. Attempts at decorating but not complete.

The first room I was given had very visible room damage, drawers not on their rails, wall damage, the door latch missing screws (only had 1 of 4) and the most egregious was that the smoke detector was missing (fire code violation) The second room was better, but the AC rattled. I cranked it down and went about my evening and then turned it off so I could sleep. The TV was ill-configured and the screen was cropped all around. The fridge was pretty dingy. The bathroom was the high spot here, well lit, nice tiling. If you need a room in a pinch on a holiday weekend like I did, this will do, but if you have other options, take them.

Where do I start? It would appear the outdated facility is operating on a shoestring budget. Little things like only one trash can in the full size refrigerator was rusted on the outer, lower portion. Turn table in microwave would not turn. Granted, it looks like upgrades on the floor and remodeled bathroom have been finished bit there is a long way to go.

I only wanted to stay 2 nights. Room stunk. They charged me for 3 nights because they said only Expedia could refund me the third night. The picture on your website was vastly nicer looking than the actual motel looked. To me, that is false advertising. I will probably not use Expedia again.

Big and clean room. Old fashioned home like decor.

Great place to stay!

I like a good price, clean, and a good mattress.

Had hot water from sink faucet but it never got warm in the shower. Would have been okay if they were filling a swimming pool, but not the shower. Staff was courteous. The worst problem for my daughter & I was the smell of to strong of air freshener or whatever they used for cleaning. My c-pap still had the smell in it when I used it at home the following night. It’s very close to Ortho Nebraska Hospital & the price was good for why we needed to stay there.

For the price it’s fine. Manager is very pleasant and place seems cared for although low budget.

Although it is an older property it is well kept up and the area was quiet. Great price for the area it is located in.

Every thing was really good we have found our new place to stay in Omaha.

This place was great for our needs for a one night stay. However, it is outdated and we stayed Super Bowl weekend, so there were some interesting characters staying at the hotel. The staff were great and the room was very clean and tidy. This hotel is in a good location for feeling safe. The price is you get what you pay for.

These owners are always so friendly and easy going. I've stayed here numerous times.

The property manager was VERY responsive to our needs. I couldn't have asked for a more polite and accommodating person to work with!

The property was clean, attractive, and nicely painted. The room was very clean and had plenty of space. We enjoyed the large refrigerator and microwave. The room was decorated in a somewhat eclectic style but everything was clean and fresh. There is plenty of cabinet space for longer stays. The area was quiet at night and easy to access.

In a nice area rooms are very nice.

An older motel with large rooms including kitchenettes. Clean and kept up. Reasonably priced.

Chuck (the clerk or manager or owner) is friendly and helpful. His mother who helps him is sweet and works hard. My room was clean; full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plenty of hot water. The water control was difficult to get the right setting; either get scalded or a shock of cold. The room had a modern looking laminate wood flooring. Take a look at the pics from others regarding the curtains, bedspread, shower curtains… very outdated… but clean. My room had only one window next to the front door. It had a blackout curtain which did not open. So there is only artificial light in the room. The bed was ok. Seemed to have a foam topper which was a new experience for me. There was a ceiling fan that worked on the low setting. The cord to adjust the fan speed was very short and unreachable. It had 4 lightbulbs among which only 1 was screwed in enough to light up when turned on. A lamp on the bedside table was functional. The standing lamp on the other side of bed was unplugged and without a bulb. The reason of my stay was its close proximity to OrthoNebraska.

There was not a thing unique. The crowd and staff quite sketchy. SeemingLy drugies runni g around Your vehicle needs watching. Just a rm at a hotel. The front desk clerk is rude and a Liar.

Nice clean place and located close to where I needed to go. Don't like the fact they have limited, tight spaced parking.

Room was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and quick.
