Was a wonderful stay, 1st time in Broken Bow. Hotel and location were perfect, did go to the Casino across the street, enjoyed it very much! The only thing I would complain about is every time my cousin would sit on her bed, it would make a noise, like a trash truck picking up a bin in the distance. We figured out that it was whatever the mattress sets on giving some and making a noise! Not much to do in town but we had a good time!

If it wasn’t for the TV, you would have thought you were stepping back in past to the 1980’s. Even then, there was no way to connect your own streaming device to the tv, or cast to the tv without logging in on the tv also (not wise to do at all btw). Then in their lame tv service, no guide so the smart tvs are dumb tvs. The side doors key access only works when it wants to which is a major security issue with the location. If you have someone coming up on you, don’t expect to get in fast. Hearing vacuums early in the morning is also bad. That is the purpose of the time between check out and check in. The beds were hard as a rock so don’t expect a good night sleep unless you enjoy a firmness equal to a comforter on a carpeted floor. If the road wasn’t so curvy we wouldn’t have stayed another night after the pow wow. I’ve stayed in much better places for the same price this place charges. Then to add insult to injury if your a coffee drinker, the sleeves for the cups don’t fit and there was no lids and the cups in the breakfast area are the smallest styrofoam cups you could possibly get so only a couple drinks.

Room felt creepy with the wall to wall mirrors around the headboard..There was a public bathroom near the room and unsure about the man who followed us into hotel. Internet and television stayed on for a short time. Not sure if it was on a timer. We were uncomfortable and didn’t feel secure. Don’t wish to stay there again.

One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Had a molded stink smell. Limited towels and wash cloths. This was our first time to Broken Bow.

We were unable to stay. When I booked, I asked for pet friendly. Since microtel doesn’t allow pets, we had to stay across the road. I tried to cancel, but the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel last minute.

My husbaand and i made a spontaneous decision to visit the area. We were welcomed upon arrival, although it was quite late by the time we got there. The establishment is clean and our room was comfortable. Friendly staff and easy assess to hotel.

This hotel was a very nice place to come back to after a long day! The rooms were small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. The free breakfast in the charming, plant-filled lobby had a wide array of options. The owners were welcoming and had great suggestions for things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was squeaky clean! The only thing we didn’t like was that the room was very small so we felt cramped. But it was a “micro” hotel so we shouldn’t have expected anything bigger…

The staff was friendly however, the inside of room was outdated and had full mirrors on the back wall above the bed. This is a personal thing for me and I just feel like I should write this review to let others know in case it is an issue for you as well. The manager/owner did refund my money well after the cut off time and I am appreciative of that.

When making my reservation I was unable to add my children to the amount of people staying so I made my reservation anyways bc the room I selected was for 2 queens and a pullout sofa, plenty room for 6. Upon arrival the lady who was checking me in asked check in info and I told her the reservation says 2 but I was unable to add my children when making my selections, but there would be 6 total. Instantly she said I can not rent you a room for 6 people. Confused instantly bc I have never had this issue anywhere!! She said I am canceling your reservation you have to find another hotel.. mind you we just traveled over 3 hours & now have no place to stay, then she says if you don’t like what I am telling you call our reservation number! Ummm, NO! Why would I want to stay after the rude unprofessional behavior bc I definitely don’t want to stay in a hostile environment with my kids…. So we went right next door where they were HAPPY to have us and gave us a discount for all the insanity we had already suffered and saved the day & our trip!!

This place is a dump, it's old and dirty, the front desk lady was rude and you couldn't understand her because of her heavy accent. After helping us she turned and walked away, never said thank you or anything. The room was about the size of my closet, no where to put any of our things. It truly ruined our trip. This hotel didn't look anything like the pictures online. I would rate it zero (0) stars.

Rooms are clean and Wi-Fi has massively improved since my last stay four years ago, speeds in the 60 to 70 Mbps range even when others are in the motel. Location opposite the casino means evenings are sorted and its on the right side of town to avoid the traffic jams on weekends with all the lake visitors. Have stayed in other Broken Bow motels over the years, and this is my goto one now, as room cleaning is a lot better than the others.
