I’m really good about reading the reviews before booking a hotel. When I booked my hotel the reviews were all positive about the amenities and rooms. I did receive an email in January saying that the hotel had sold but didn’t think anything of what I read would be wrong. One of the things I liked was the hotel offered a shuttle from the airport. Well, the new company does not do that. We arrive to our hotel, the day of check-in and the place looks vacant. We got to our room and the hallways walking to the room are not air-conditioned. We get into our room and it’s OK. The beds were very uncomfortable . There was a refrigerator in the room, but it did not work so we could not keep our leftovers in it. One thing the new hotel was offering was breakfast. Well the selection was not what I was expecting. Saturday morning not a big selection and the sausage was overcooked . On Sunday I went down there to check and we ended up passing. On Monday the day of checkout we go down to eat breakfast and they’re doing breakfast on the go, which included a bagel, small muffin, apple and granola bar. If I had to do this all over again, I would not book here.
Don’t stay here!
