Stayed for a family event. Was the closest hotel and had a great rate! Couldn't beat it! Room was comfortable and clean. No issues.

Convenience worked well. Room door did not close properly. No soap or soap dish next to the bathroom sink. HVAC unit was temperamental and the thermostat on the unit did not appear to be registering properly.

The room smells like pee. But since we are only here for one night (traveling through Texas), we had to deal with it. Never will stay here again. Was at a Ramada Inn in Bryan last night and it was so much better.

The room was clean and well supplied; very pleasing. The manager seemed to go out of his way to make certain we had coffee, breakfast, anything else. Very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this motel.

The only complaints was the room smelled musty and the traffic from 105 was very noisy. It doesn’t matter where your room is located.

Overall good experience. The a/c unit was the biggest issue. If you left the door open for a few minutes to get your bags in, it seems like it couldn’t catch back up to cool the room back down for a few hours. Other than that, the stay was good.

This property appears to be a hotel in the Expedia pictures, like most Best Westerns, but it is not. It is very old, dirty looking building from the outside (we did not stay because the property was so dirty on the outside). It is a motel, the doors are on the exterior, as opposed to the interior. Buyer beware. Expedia should update photos to show this is a motel. I am shocked Best Western has this as part of their chain.

Shower head dripped all the time. Toilet too short. Wife is 5’ tall - worked fine. I am 6’2” - had to drop onto toilet seat and difficult to stand afterwards.

Stayed two nights, based my choice on how close the hotel was to a Wedding Venue. The photos showed well-lit rooms and nice pool ... reality was the full opposite. The room was dark and kinda damp, so we had to put the AC on high which made it very uncomforable at night since we didn't have additional covers, we called reception desk and they didn't have either. The pool was flat our disgusting, which was a dissapointment for our child. Overall it served the purpose but I would not come back.

Room was okay; it was not back but could have been cleaner for sure; was hair on backroom door. TV cable was out for a few hours when we got there. I did not realize there was not a hotel lobby and elevator. We were on 2nd floor which is tough for my wife, but I did not ask to be changed. I do not like the pillows on beg; they are too hard and bulky. I ended up sleeping w/o using the pillow. We did not try or look at the breakfast to assess. We had to leave pretty early. Lady at check in, and check out was nice and friendly. It served its purpose, although I thought it was on the expensive side for the place (although, fine for that area).

Room was clean and spacious. A/C was working ok, but I checked the filters and they were very dirty and clogged up. Left them out and room got very cold after that (NICE!). Breakfast was ok. They say it ends at 10AM, but staff was closing things up at 9:45AM.

Bed is hard as a brick. There was no way to get any rest. Then at daybreak if you have dozed off you’re woke up by the construction going on right outside your door.

The front desk staff and hotel location were Fantastic, but the water leak in the middle of the night that flooded several rooms on the bottom floor made for a terrible experience. The room was also not fully cleaned before we got there either...candy wrappers in the drawers and half drank sodas in the mini-fridge were left behind. Will not be back
