It has a chemical smell makes it smell like a cheap motel

Location across from the lake and on Hwy 105 betwern Conroe and Montgomery was ideal.
The beds were horrible. The mattresses were too firm and the metal frames creaked everytime we moved.

AC was very cold in the room
Even with a sign on the door and check out not until 11, house keeping tried to come in our room at 9am.
