Everything was great except for the lightning in the bathroom. Worst lighting of any hotel we have ever stayed. Its like a cave in the bathroom. Other then that..the location was great, hotel was clean and free breakfast was good.

The hotel is wonderful and customer service was excellent. The only problem that I had was the house keepers waking me up by knocking on the door at 8:00am and then they did it again at 10:00am, when check out isn’t until 12 noon. Also, I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t have breakfast this morning. The rooms are charged at a fair rate compared to most, which I have always loved the breakfast, but on this trip it wasn’t available.

When we checked in we were told that our room was on the 3rd floor and that the elevators wer not working. We are a couple in our 60's and did not want to try to climb 3 flights of stairs with our luggage. In addition, were told they did not offer transportation to the entertainment disctrict nearby. We asked "Skylar" the girl at the check in desk if we could check back out and not be charged and she said "yes". Are reservation made through Hotels.com, was canceled, and we moved on. Later, Comfort Suites, Arlington Entertainment District, denied several requests for crediting our payment back to us! They did not honor the fact that their front desk representative, "Skylar" and one other girl also working the desk, bith told us we would NOT BE CHARGED!

We booked through a 3rd party who messed up our payment but the hotel handled it smoothly. Our room was nice, everything was very clean. The beds were SUPER comfy. There were plenty of plugs for our devices and that makes me happy. AC worked brilliantly. Breakfast was good and, surprisingly, the coffee was pretty good too (hotel coffee is never good). We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was clean and good enough. There was one MAJOR problem, though, that greatly affected my stay. The elevator was not working, so everything had to be dragged up the stairs. I had two suitcases, a CPAP machine, and a backpack to attend to, as I was on a school academic competition trip. I have osteoarthritis in both knees, pretty severe. This made going up and down the stairs very slow and painful, especially when trying to carry something heavy. My room was on the 4TH FLOOR! When I asked about changing to one on the 1st floor, I was told they were all already taken by people who were staying over from the previous night. We arrived on Friday afternoon, were told a repairman had been called about the elevator, but the elevator was never fixed during my stay. I left Sat. mid-morning after wrestling my main suitcase slowly and painfully down from the 4th to the first floor. I had to ask a friend to go back up and get my second suitcase for me out of my room. This is not something that I like to impose upon others to do for me. Everything would have been pleasant enough except for this major logistical problem.

Very comfortable room with lots of space. The one downside was lighting. Hotel lighting is always poor, and this one was no exception and I would rank it amongst one of the most poorly lit hotels. Aside from that, very comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!!

The room was very roomy and it’s not tiny. We enjoyed the stay there. The trip was to take my son to visit UT Arlington which was easy to get to from the hotel. We did eat once at Papasitos Restaurant next door. The food was expensive, but it tasted great and you get a lot of food for the price. Major dishes are in the $30 range.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Accommodated for my mother's disability. Pretty good breakfast! TV was odd. But, it had Netflix installed. Yeah. It was a nice stay. Thank you!

Everything was okay, the room smelled a little musty or as if someone had smoked in there. The toilet would run until you jiggled the handle and the bath water would not stop running completely. It was an okay stay but could have been better for sure.

We were pleased with our four night stay at Comfort Suites in Arlington. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and bed was quite comfortable. The hot breakfast was good and offered a variety of foods. We went for the Cotton Bowl game and took advantage of the shuttle service for $10/person. We would stay here again.

We were extremely pleased with our entire stay. The hotel is perfect for those coming to enjoy a Dallas Cowboys game - location and shuttle are ideal. The gentleman that helped us at check-in was friendly and made sure we felt welcomed.

It smelled musky in the room. Lamps were all stained brown… and there were cockroaches. One even crawled across my husbands foot.

We've stayed here for the football state championships for a number of years, and have always enjoyed the very comfortable bed, cleanliness, and rate. This time we noticed that the room we were in had a sink that was very slow to drain, and the lights in the bathroom were insufficient. We've enjoyed the breakfast, but they didn't have peanut butter for chocolate milk (yes, we asked).

Great location close to an excellent restaurant. Property was tired; it took 3 trips to the lobby to get sheets and blankets for fold up couch. Even ten, mattress covers didn’t fit. No telling what we slept on.

Some issues with the sink and tub draining properly. Lack of sufficient quantity of hot water for showers. Toilet had to be flushed several times after each use to ensure through flushing. Saw a couple of roaches in the dining area where the breakfast was set up and not enough trash cans leaving overflowing trash next to the waffle making station.

The best thing about this place is the one and only restaurant within walking distance is called Pappasito's - That place I give 6 stars out of 5! Paid the hotel $20.00 for their shuttle to return from football game. one van shows up for pickup and they booked enough people for 3 van loads. Half of us decided to walk back to the Hotel, and no refund offered.

Much better than the last time we stayed here. Much cleaner. Many improvements were made. Staff was a great deal friendlier this time in our limited interactions with them. Good value for your money
