Service felt great. There was no room service . Lobby was amazing , lots of options for snacks, other than it is $8 for a water bottle. Very clean. The bed wants to slide quite often and it made it hard to just sit in the bed. Bed is a little hard to lay on my side.

We came into town for the Rangers Cubs game. The hotel was about a mile from the stadium. Making it convenient and the price was very reasonable

The customer support was not as I would anticipate. The fruit was not edible. The Tesla Charger was not functioning (1 of 2). The staff needs guidance on customer service and a willingness to help when there are questions or concerns. One response was from the evening shift team "you will have to ask the 1st shift, it was there responsibility".

Nice hotel overall, friendly staff, minimalist overall style. Really no breakfast, oatmeal was small cup of dry oatmeal with a little water. Had to go to another hotel fir breakfast. Roll up blinds only, lets light in around the edges. Not good if you need darkness. Overall would give 3 3/4 stars.

Greeted by Jade who was very friendly, made sure we had a comfortable room and gave us clear instructions about the amenities and service hours. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was warm and cozy.

I stayed here with my 7yo to be close to AT&T stadium, and the location was perfect. Despite being located next to the interstate, it was extremely quiet. Not a lot walkable, but that's Arlington. Not much to write home about in terms of dining onsite but that wasn't a priority for us. Didn't use the pool but it looked adequate.

They closed the bar early although five of us wanted to have a drink. He allowed us one and said he was told to close bc it was slow. That was 6 of us. Then he told us to clean up our own beer bottles.

Only thing I didn't like was the bed. It's a mattress on a laminate platform exactly like some Motel 6 uses. The bed slides around on the platform with movement and isn't a good relax and watch TV type bed. I really expected more than this for sleeping at the price point.

Hotel was Amazing very close to six flags just across bridge . It is also close to Rangers,& ATT stadium. Everything was very clean . I love Aloft properties they let you check in @ 3pm & check out is at 12. It has a small strip with a couple places to eat . Very clean , Free Parking & Inc. hold is $50/night .

Checked into property and was not informed of a rate increase for my stay until after checking out. I was charged an additional $112 on top of what was charged upon checking in. Asked to speak with a manager who was very passive aggressive and not understanding to the inconvenience of the misinformed charges. Was told “You should have read the fine print on the website somewhere” Extremely disappointed in my stay. Very dirty room, rugs filthy in room and shower disgusting. Will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay was pretty good with the exception of the exceptionally thin walls and noisy A/C. I could hear every word of my neighbor's conversation and every time the A/C kicked on it sounded like a train entered the room. This woke me up several times throughout the night. Otherwise, rooms were clean, service was exceptional from the desk to the bar. Would consider giving them another chance.

The hotel is so clean, which is typical for Aloft Hotels. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean and fresh. The only thing that was lacking a little was the water pressure in the shower. It took so long to shower with that trickle of water! Other than that, the stay was amazing.

We arrived super early, so ournroom wasnt ready, but they were on it with holding our bags for us to head out until it was ready. The rooms are modern and well-decorated with a comfy bed and clean bleach smell! Id stay here again!
