Positives :
Everything works amazingly smooth. Right from the hassle free check in to the butler instructing about the room and serving the welcome drink. The amenities like TV, ac and coffee maker were good.
Though the room is a bit small and lacked a balcony, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom has sufficient amenities.
Negatives :
The room service and house keeping staff disturbed a couple of times too many even when the "do not disturb" was there. Sometime, the receptionist on duty was not courteous enough.
All in all, a very nice place with good staff, amazing restaurant and offers amazing hospitality. I would definitely recommend this for singles as well as couples, but I'm not so sure about the business travelers.

Safe, refrigerator, and hot water all had to be fixed. My plan was not to sit around watching them do work in my room. Hot water took 4 days to get working. There is a loud speaker somewhere near the place that ran some nights until midnight with some religious message in hindi. I had wear ear plugs in the room and still could not drown it out. This was not every day but more than once and it went on for hours on end.
