Hotel staff were extremely helpful, we had a late train to Ninh Binh and should have booked an extra night but didn't, we explained to the front desk and they were able to extend our stay. We were very grateful as it made our travel much easier. They also booked a city tour for us that was excellent. The hotel is in the middle of the action so if you're a light sleeper it may not work for you, however the hotel provides earplugs. Also the breakfast buffet is very nice. I would definitely stay again.

It is a nice hotel with lots of bars and restaurants nearby within walking distance. There is a pool. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there is a coffee shop with pastries right next door. If you are light sleepers, the noise from the bars coukd be disturbing but it didn't bother us with windows shut. The staff were friendly.

Quick 1 night stay, easy check in with a welcome drink and sweets. Staff were friendly. Clean rooms and in a central and convenient location. However it was noisy at night until early hours as you can hear the music from the local bars/clubs. So be mindful if you’re a light sleeper, it didn’t brother us too much.
