Could not fault the staff: Always prepared to help: eg with transport bookings, directions, tours, breakfast choices. Everything was done with a smile. Special thanks to Kelly for organising our tours especially when we had difficulty trying to make decisions! Our room was comfortable (appreciated the balcony) but in need of a refresh, including ensuring all light switches are working. Breakfast choices and servings plentiful. Central location made it easy to access popular tourist sites.

Nice central hotel close to everything, quiet area, narrow street next to a fun garden friendly amazing looking garden bar.
The room was clean, the breakfast had a good variety of food, donuts, pancakes, cakes, soups, noodles, rice, eggs, omelette, salads, all kind of fruits, juices, cafe and coffee.
All the staff are 5 stars. From the maintenance guy that changed our kettle, the suitcase guys making phonecalls for us, the restaurant staff making sure we were well fed, the receptionists all... the kindest friendliest people.
But! we specially loved Sarah, she recommended us local hairdressers, local guides and local wonders in general. Always going above and beyond for us. She made us feel like we had a friend in Hue. Sarah always made sure we were treated fair outside the hotel too.
Staff is what makes a hotel amazing. Thank you Serene Palace Hotel. We'll miss you
