There was no activities available in the hotel, the location is far away and the available taxis are expensive. The hotel itself and the food is ok but my room smelt unpleasant because the bathroom got flooded every time I showed.

It is a nice and enjoyable experience, the hotel is beautiful, and the restaurant employee Habiba is polite and decisive in appearance and dealings

The staff are really accommodating & friendly. They go out there way to help. The property is worn, & in some serious need of update. The pool is very shallow so don’t dive in. If this hotel had a face lift I would give it a 4* but as it’s very tired looking a 3*

Double Tree by Hilton is a great hotel. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. We especially loved the warm cookies and their food from the kitchen. All the staff did an exceptional job.

Met Sajid at the check in. It was fast and efficient, and we were in our room within 10 minutes.
The twin room was large and very comfortable. Bathroom was a little worn out, but clean.
The breakfast was also nice ...
Overall, a good stay with family ...

It's in the heart of RAK and very close to many malls as well. Ideal for a business trip.

At first, staff were friendly and generous to offer an upgrade to our rooms. However, those room had an issue with the air conditioner and the staff could not solve it. We booked two rooms for one night only and we couldn't sleep. What was worse is that they have set the alarm in room to go off at 10AM while we couldn't sleep the whole night. At 11AM staff called to remind us that check out is at 12PM and when we asked to extend it for at least an hour due to the air conditioning issue; they simply refused and were not cooperative. This makes me think twice before staying at this hotel again to avoid repeating this bad experience again.

The hotel is very clean and spacious.
But there is one man at the reception, im not sure if he is the supervisor or receptionist that he disrespect his customer.
The receptionist lady was very good and she assisted me duting check in time, and she gave me a complimentary food as a welcome to thier guest.
The thing is just about to give me the key of my room, and everything is done for the check in. And there is one guy came and ask her that which room you give? And the lady receptionist told him the room #, and he suddenly telling her that " NO, DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM, GO AND I WILL FIX IT", because there is one regular customer and he wants to priority them. The thing is ge must to apologize for me, as i heard everything in my front. Just next time try to be more professional when it comes on your customer either vip or not vip should be treat equally.

It was a good stay. The duty manager Mr.Bilal on the counter was very helpful. Sorted all issues quickly.

I book minutes before arriving and everything went well. We got a room with a great view and space. We got the breakfast offer and staff was amazing we even got coffees for takeaway thanks to Habiba if I remembering her name right

My stay was OK. It's a nice enough hotel. I had multiple issues with room service which either due to language barrier or a bad connection from my hotel room phone. The staff works hard and I appreciated that, but the service level is not what I would expect from a DoubleTree.

The room was specious, clean and the bed was very comfy.
The stuff were amazing, Mrs Sneha and Mr Bilal were friendly and super welcoming reflecting the proper hospitality.
I will definitely go back there

It was our first staycation after a long time and had booked a standard king room. To our surprise, as we were booked for a night they upgraded us to a Junior Suite which was amazing. Thank you!

I was there to celebrate my daughter's birthday, right after my booking staff already contacted me and ask if my daughter is a kid / adult, so they could arrange the proper decoration. They arranged nice decoration and birthday cake as a gesture. The room itself is clean and new, front desk staff is very helpful and nice. We are very happy and satisfied.

I don’t have an issue with the property. I have an issue with Expedia and their faulty online system. My cancellation done BEFORE the fee refund deadline didn’t go through. I noticed and called Expedia who refused to refund me and instead said “we’ll see if the hotel is willing to refund you!”
Expedia went from my favorite service to “I’ll never use this again”. Every time I book on them there’s a new problem or a new underhanded way to charge more - be it randomly changing rates at check out or making the cancellation service difficult “vs just a button like other platforms that shall not be named”. Expedia has sunk so low and I will NEVER use it again.
Btw - I sent an email replying to Expedia’s email if I want to cancel the booking without a refund. I said yes. They never even bothered to cancel the booking. I don’t know if that email even got to them.
I’m disappointed on every front. Don’t book on Expedia. Thanks

We had visited RAK many a times before but this time was special, due to marvelous team of staff at DoubleTree Hilton!
Our special thanks to staff at the check in (Kate, Ruth, John and Sajid) and the ones at the breakfast restaurant (Rose, Habiba, Flardia) who made sure that every moment of stay was personally looked after.
A free access to their facility at Marjan Island was an additional bonus, which we thoroughly enjoyed too:)

I stayed for 5 days … I reserved two rooms
noise was everywhere, kids playing in the corridor… I called many times complaining about this but no response at all… actually it’s wast of money comparing to the value they charged as fees for Eid days

Nice place with amazing staff. All hotel associates are friendly and helpful . Special thanks to Kim at the reception and SPA massage therapist if I’m not mistaken her name is Erma. Definitely will be visiting again

We had a good family time, very spacious rooms. Thank you for the upgrade and complementary cake for my daughters birthday. The staff is very polite, courteous and helpful, will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends

I loved my stay at the Double Tree Hilton! The staff were so caring and attentive to my every need. Everyone I encountered was only concerned with making my stay seamless and they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. Late check out was available and they were so accommodating with making sure that I had a place to stay until my departure. I am so grateful to every one on staff there. This is the only hotel I would consider staying in while in Ras Al Khamaih!
