I’ve stayed in this hotel twice and it doesn’t disappoint. The staff is very kind, speaks English and are willing to help. The breakfast was big and inexpensive. I will be back. Thank you!

Nice and a quiet place with bigger rooms and better in-room facilities (such as jacuzzi in baths) than in other similar hotels around. Well worth the 300 meters extra walk if you are not using the taxi when it is +2 minutes from the main road. Short walk to crayfish restaurants and elsewhere makes for a very convenient location. Subway station 100 meters away.

When we arrive, there are so many stuff in front of door because the hotel under construction. The room actually quiet big compare than other hotel in Japan, but looks so old and the carpet so dirty.

Great location for metro to Sapporo some, easy walk to Odori Park. Room was comfy, air con good and window opened. A little tired in the common areas and corridors but it worked for me.

APA hotel is an old and run down building. Our room was spacious, but the mattress is lumpy and uncomfortable, and the bathroom color scheme is unsettling. At night, the place sort of felt haunted. 3/5 stars because it has everything you need, but just isn't the most comfortable.

沒有冷氣、只能送風。工作人員回答要到六月才有冷氣, 但是北海道近日的氣溫大幅增加。 No air condition. The staff reply that it need to wait until June. However, here get very high temperatures recently!

The stay was outstanding, but a recommendation would be to work with the Chitose Bus company to make pickups at all the APA's ion the area. You are right in Susukino and everything is withing walkingf distance. Train or from Chitose to APA id good.

Cheap, location ok. Forgot complimentary water, shower head was broken, no usual antifog on mirror, no extra toliet paper, no powerpoint near bed... Cheap👍

Good location near subway (trains) and restaurants. Room was smaller than expected and indicated by photos. Window in room was very small and couldn't be seen out of. Ceiling height was low adding to the feeling the room was small. Carpet was warn with holes in places. Room was more suited for a short stay budget business traveler. On asking, an alternate better room was not available.

The location is great, closing to the station. Staff is helpful. But the hygenie of the room needs to improve, specially the bed sheet and carpet, which is quite disappointing.

It was a nice hotel but the hotel is pretty old. The sink and bathtubs are pretty old but still in good condition. The rooms carpet has stains but overall the hotel is pretty clean. I guess overtime, stains are inevitable. To change the flooring may caused the hotels to closed down for certain period of time.

The hotel is in a good area of Sapporo. There are many restaurants and izakayas around, but the hotel is a little old. Parking is also not included.

Location is not very accessible to the Malls and central, need to change train 2 stations stops to The Central Sapporo station and a distance to walk in the interchange. Hotel staff not very friendly.

Hotel is a little dated but clean. Staff were very nice to give us a nice upgrade to the biggest room on the floor for our anniversary. Location is superb, just off exit 7 of Hosui Susukino metro with a lift which came in so handy as we had 4 luggage between 2 of us. It's on the side road so you don't get any noise or disturbance from the Susukino area. Would stay again for Location!

Totally disappointed with this hotel. I know most hotels in Japan are super clean, but this one was exception. The bathroom smelt mold and the mold was everywhere on the wall. For over $80 hotel, it should be cleaner. I should have stayed at love hotel instead for $50, and it would be the same cleanliness. Staff is very polite as usual in Japan.

Relative to rooms in the other popular cities in Japan, it is rather spacious. And we really appreciate that the hotel has a microwave oven and laundry amenities. If you're looking for a budget hotel with basic amenities covered, come here :)

Great location. Spacious rooms. Too bad the was construction outside that was a little noisy but thats understandable. Great stay.

Great hotel, just round the corner of the toho subway line and within walking distance of both snow festival displays, great bars and great food. But make sure that if you don't smoke get a non smokers room. I had no choice as most of the rooms were booked. but overall excellent hotel.

The hotel is very near to the train station and in walkable distance to susukino centre. It is slightly quiet but very good for stay.
