Wifi is slow - otherwise facilities are good! Rooms are large a spacious....Like the concept of complimentary breakfast that is open 24 hours - although the food is limited in choice, it is a good concept!

Nice and welcome staff even small, not chain hotel. NIce location and easy to walk to BTS ari Station also with ealy to find for the place to eat.

This was our second stay at Baan Nueng. We like it because it is small, clean and is situated in a pleasant part of Bangkok. The soi is quiet but once one hits the main soi, it is pleasant to find restaurants together with lots of food carts on the side walk. One can also find people fixing shoes, or clothes or making beautiful flower garlands to adorn Buddha statues. This place has a feel of "old" days. Some might find the hotel too far from the nearest BTS, it usually took us about 10 minutes to get to BTS Ari, but the walk is pleasant and for the return, lots of motorbike taxis or tuk tuks are available. We just enjoyed staying at Baan Nueng and would recommend it strongly, but only if you enjoy walking.
