This is a superb hotel. It is very clean. The bedroom was large. The bathroom was also large. The bedroom had a coffee machine and pods. The bedroom also had a refrigerator. The range of food available at breakfast was extensive. What let it down was the quality of some of the breakfast items. I thought the bacon and black pudding were poor quality. Otherwise superb.

Nice clean room, no noise from the surrounding area, good size shower, the bed an pillow was a bit hard gor me, reception told me on leaving that they fo have softer pillows, breakfast was plentiful, although I thought the sausage was a little dry.

One of my favourite hotels in UK . Been a while since I stayed here. I am pleased to report it’s just as good & standards remain high.

We ended up staying four nights at this hotel. Most things were wonderful, but there were a few annoying issues. The room was clean, but the heat did not work. They brought us a space heater and that made things more comfy. The food and service for both breakfast and dinner was SUPERB. When we had to stay an additional night (different room) we had the same problem with heat only this time the heater did not work and neither did a replacement so we gave up. The staff was polite and helpful at all times and the location is excellent.

Excellent hotel, good location, good facilities, comfy room, friendly efficient staff.

Overall a good hotel- clean, comfortable, excellent service at reception and breakfast. The evening meal in the bar let the place down. It took an hour to come and was very dry. Almost certainly they forgot the order but didn't admit to it. Hopefully this was a one off

An unexpected gem of a hotel which I’ll return to again. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Plenty of parking, easily accessed from any direction. Breakfast offers a wide array of options including gluten free which was essential.

Staff are very pleasant.lighting in the hotel is very low breakfast area almost dark. The rooms are pleasant but again not very well lit especially in the area where you make drinks. The bathroom could have been cleaner the toilet seat was broken and the toilet very stained. One of the lights in the bathroom was broken. We had food in the bar and returned it because it was not edible we were not charged for it and were given a free drink but it was disappointing. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

Modern interesting building and decor, staff very friendly. Nice size room and facilities good, excellent dining room and great breakfast choices. Only one dislike, the pillows were like bricks, very uncomfortable, but when we mentioned this at reception on leaving, they informed us that we could have asked for softer pillows! Solution, put one of each style in every room for customers to decide, problem solved.

Lovely hotel. Polite and friendly staff. Only slight complaint was the very noisy (not background) music in the bar. It interfered with conversations and given the demographic of the customers last Sunday evening was more horrendous noise than ambient background

The staff were very helpful and professional. Pleasant dining room with a varied choice of menu for both breakfast and dinner. Well equipped and comfortable bedroom. High standard of cleanliness. 4 lifts were a great advantage for ourselves and luggage.

Stayed one night, pleasant reception, fulfilled request. Room good and bed comfy, Aircon was added bonus during hot spell.

Nice 1 night stay for work, friendly staff who helped make the stay great. Nice, good value dinner menu and breakfast. Only thing I would prefer is a better equipped gym .

We weren't in the hotel for very long as we were attending a wedding at The Peak Edge, but everything was great.

Really nice hotel. Restaurant had limited choice, (for me), but what was available was really nice. Only thing that spoilt stay was other guests coming and going to the room opposite late at night/early morning. Otherwise rooms are well insulated, and hotel offered a pleasant stay.

Excellent customer service and comfy bed!

Overall very good

1. We constantly had to get our keys recoded as they kept failing. We both work in IT and know not to keep them near electronics. 2. After your system upgrade or whatever it was we were without water for several hours. Your staff only offered us an alternative place to stay for the night when we asked. They were accommodating but we shouldn’t have had to ask. 3. Your cleaning staff are lovely people but the room cleaning was poor. Often the same dirty tea cups were still there after and I don’t think anything was ever dusted. And just so you know, we have stayed at your hotel several times and the cleaning has not improved. 4. All your staff are helpful and kind, but I’d like to pass along extra praise to Erika and Beth at the front desk and Charlotte in the restaurant…simply the best. 5. While your Wi-Fi has greatly improved since last time however we still experienced slow response times, especially in the evening when we were working. Not sure if you have bandwidth restrictions or what, but I hope next time it will be better. 6. Almost forgot, on our last night there when I was using the overhead shower the handheld broke off and hit me in the back

Really friendly, welcoming staff and a good breakfast. Loved having fresh milk in the fridge in our room. Dining on a Sunday night is limited to the bar menu which is pretty limited and quite expensive. The bar tender was a lovely, friendly Spanish man. Jamie on reception was welcoming and personable. In fact, everyone we encountered was polite and friendly.
