The property was definitely clean as was the room, however, I was nearly overwhelmed by the beach smell when I opened the door. Because the a/c hadn't been turned on, the tile floors were slick and my sneakers slid around. Until I got it dried out, I was ice-skating instead of walking. Very quiet, but mid-week in October I wasn't surprised. The A/C unit was very loud which might be great to block out sound in the summer, but was a bit of a nuisance this time of year. Good shower/bathroom; hot water and water pressure all good. No shampoo, but soap was given. Typical tiny towels. Would have like a TV guide.

Very quiet weekend even though the hotel is located extremely close to the boardwalk. Cleaning service was great!

Very clean. Hector was most welcoming. Room decor was so cool! Red Coca-Cola chairs at table! Comfortable beds. If we had planned to stay for several days, it would have been so easy to cook meals or re-heat leftovers given the provisions in the kitchenette. One short block to boardwalk access (where, by the way, a Dunkin Donuts was conveniently located). Unlike some places, the room rate is reasonable which is so appreciated.

Decided to stay at the last minute. Found Nantucket Inn online. Made a reservation. When I went to check in, staff had me sign and give my info. He was super friendly. Nice. Informative. The only downside was there was no extra roll of toilet paper and it was a thunderstorm and downpour. We made due with tissues.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a nice size and comfy. The location is so close to the boardwalk and parking lot was easy to park. Will come again :)

We loved staying in a traditional style wildwood hotel. The floating stairs are a little scary walking up to the third floor, but we loved it. Great management

You are getting exactly what you pay for. Everything is clean. Staff was helpful. You're just about on the boardwalk. Walking distance of some great restaurants. Something to keep in mind generally about Wildwoods... it's a bit of a walk to get to the edge of the ocean from where the beach starts. Anybody with mobility issues might have some problems with the distance. There are also no changing stations or showers. This is less about the hotel and more about the area. The hotel itself is very servicable, has a nice pool, and is a value at the price

Location was fabulous. Air conditioner was very loud. Lucky to get a parking spot. An average place.

The owner and staff made our stay even better. Very very accommodating, to all of our needs. Only problem I had was our room door was warped and there were big gaps at top Of door Hector was awesome and put a foam strip to block gap for the most part but still gaps and our room was always damp. And a big water bug came in our last night but as far as anything else. New owner . Just some basic upkeep. Electrical outlets need replacing. Would definitely stay here agsin

Great location in wildwood, short walk to boardwalk and beach. Marco at the front desk was very nice, checked us in early, and very helpful. All around great trip for my daughter's birthday

Property was clean.pool also was kept clean. Only complaint would be that the maid only put clean towels in our room didn’t make up the beds or take the used towel out of our room, we put them outside on a chair. The workers were very friendly.

The Nantucket is an older property but has a 60's feel, very clean and kept up well. What stands out is it's closeness to the boardwalk. Walk across the street to the ramp up to the boardwalk....

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating with our request for an earlier check in, if possible. Room smelled and looked very clean upon our arrival. The outside area (pool, etc) was also well kept.

It was comfortable,yet very disappointed so i will not return ever again.I recommend anyone that does go there,make sure your not getting ripped off like i did.I feel as though i was over charged for a Sunday night.There was an error in the dates (i got charged double the price of any other hotel on that strip).I decided to go on Sun because i knew the rooms ran anywhere from $100-$150.I cancelled my 1st reservation thru Expedia,got a call from the property manager telling me it would be cheaper to make it straight thru their website.Well it WAS NOT!! So i went back to Expedia n found the same deal $109 $15(taxes) $5(property fee)n that's what i booked. Getting to the hotel the first thing am asked for is my credit card.I wondered y if i had an itinerary# and was charged by Expedia.It was my daughters n grandsons birthday weekend,i didn't feel like grabbing my family n go on a hunt for a room so we stayed.Next morning i walked next door n booked a room 2 king beds,1 queen,sofa bed,n kitchenette (BASICALLY THE SAME ROOM for $135 (taxes included) I fully understand your running business.But that was the price Expedia was advertising it for.Otherwise i would've never booked it. I'm a single mother n quite aware of my budget n my limits.Nantucket Inn & Suites is a nice place.I have no complaints as far as the room or the property goes.But a running a business based on lies(FALSE ADVERTISEMENT)shows there's no integrity,morals,or respect for our families!!
