Ideal quiet location 5min from airport, shuttle available. Excellent survice from English speaking reception, bar staff and restaurant staff. Very attentive, good cuisine to suit all. Room quiet,clean and comfortable. Have stayed here 3 times and every time this hotel has delivered would highly recommend. Opposite is Punt Cana Village small area with good international restaurants and small shops.

A very convenient hotel ,due to location, but you can heard all the noises from others rooms , stay 3 nights and couldn't sleep at all , probably a construction problem

Our toilet did not work. There was no fridge or microwave in my room. Leftovers were wasted by this mission of a duty of care.

I will not book this hotel again, the first thing was that they charged me $20 dollars for a service that I was not asking for and that I am not going to use. BTW if you dial 0 on the phone, lobby or room service never will answer. Terrible 😩

It's very upscale. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are very nice and well kept. Their showers are clean, roomy and high end. They are right across the street from punta cana village. So they are walking distance to several amazing restaurants where I have never had a bad meal. I have been there a few times and have always had an amazing experience.

I wanted to give this place 4 stars. The service and employees were awesome. The shuttles are free to the beach and to and from the airport. They only issue was the smell of the lobby, it was like being in a cigar bar. There is no smoking at the hotel so we found it odd that the lobby was designed to smell like a cigar. We couldnt enjoy sitting or eating at the bar it was so strong.

Desis and her team did a great job making all of their guest feel very comfortable, relaxed and happy to be there. It was very surprised to see the boss out front with her team interacting with their guest making sure everything from breakfast service until sundown everyone was happy to be there. The property looked older and the room was clean but had missing grout and the bathroom faucet was broken and we had to keep our clothing in our luggage due to 2 drawers that were the height of flip flop shoes, overall is was ok but we would not stay again, the staff and food however were magnificent

The hotel room has no kettle, fridge or slipper. The hotel charges 10$ / day for a mini fridge. The door frame of the hotel room felt out by a simple push and no one bothers to fix it. The free shuttle bus going to nearest beach stops has very limited schedule, starting and 10:00 am and stop at 6:00 pm ! Nice Punta Cana village near by thou!

The property is really close to the airport. The issue is that they have hidden fees that they charge you once you check in. They call this a tax but I have a business in punta cana and I have not seen this $20.00 a day tax that they keep talking about.

Staff always greeted us and they were always smiling regardless of their position. That was very nice to see because most people in the service industry seem to hate their jobs. Please continue to encourage your staff to keep smiling.
