The staff was great the hotel was just outdated. We got a room with a hot tub and none of the tins could hold water bc of them cracked or broken pipes and that’s a big reason for getting the room. Then it took 3 days to get moved to another room when our air wasn’t working and the room was 84 degrees and stunk like sewage then the next room the air was good but the shower head was barely hanging on.

I love traveling as a young adult and it was the most peaceful trip ever, it was not ghetto or crazy. Good place to relax and enjoy the beautiful place. It’s so nice inside the resort 3 pools and private beach. The food/bar was amazing I loved it so much, the staff is so lovely I miss them so much I can’t wait to go back. It’s definitely a 110/100 I would recommend.The people who stay there are also so nice

We stayed at this resort in early June and had a mixed experience.
The biggest positives were the staff and atmosphere. Every employee we encountered was friendly, hardworking, and eager to help. Although there was sometimes a language barrier, their hospitality made a strong impression.
The property itself is showing its age. Many areas felt outdated, and several fixtures appeared to need maintenance. Compared with other all-inclusive resorts we’ve visited, this one felt more worn.
The food was decent but somewhat limited and repetitive. The staff’s excellent service helped make dining more enjoyable.
One of our biggest disappointments was the lack of activities and amenities in operation. We were told it was the “off season,” but several features, including the beach bar and larger buffet area, were not being used. For an early June visit, this was surprising.
On the positive side, the resort never felt crowded. The quiet atmosphere, easy access to amenities, and extra space made for a relaxing stay. If you want a lively resort with lots of entertainment, this may not be the best choice. However, those seeking a peaceful getaway may still enjoy it.
Overall, the staff were the highlight of our stay, but the resort would benefit from updates, better maintenance, more dining variety, and fuller use of its facilities.
