Stayed in the old section of the motel I know they have better rooms then the one I had. I once stayed in the new section before and those rooms I was satisfied hope I stay in the new section next time I book a room. Thanks

This hotel is WAY overpriced. We stayed 2 nights. They did not make the bed, clean the bathroom or even pick up the dirty dishes and garbage from the room during our stay. We complained to the front desk and they said it was because of lack of personnel and that they posted a note on the counter which we should have seen at check in. The shower needs maintenance. The caulking is coming off a little more every shower we took. Continental breakfast was OK, but not great. Had much better experience at other hotels. Should definitely not be a $205 CDN a night for this kind of place. Was expecting a lot better.

Everything was Ok, just a couple of details, when we arrived there was just a little soap to wash our hands, and to take a shower, we thought that would be automatically re-supplied but it was not the case. When we left, we couldn't get the invoice in paper, but they told us that the invoice was going to be sent by email, and we haven't still received it.

The property is in a good location on the water close to down town. Staff were onsite 24/7 and were very friendly. Internet was good and the rooms were modern and spacious.

The Room was very clean and organized. The breakfast was the same of all 3 days I was there so I think they can give more options. And one employee was rude when we toast the bread on the toster, not everyone has the same culture so I think he could be more nice to the way he took to us.

It wasn't fair that they charge an extra fee for guests when we were 4 people 2 adults and 2 teenagers and had 2 queen beds!! There were no "extra guests". Our stay was good including breakfast but we will not go back because they gouge customers with the extra fee.

Check in was extremely friendly... due to covid they advised us that the room would not be cleaned on a daily basis but if we needed anything not to hesitate to ask. Breakfast was more restrained ... but ok. Room surpassed my expectations !

This motel has been upgraded and is confortable. It is not next door to the zoo, but the location is not very noisy at night. The view from the back of the hotel is very nice. If I was to go back, I would ask for a room at the back

The rooms are really clean, but you can literally hear EVERYTHING. I had some bad falling asleep because of some people talking in an other room, but the other two nights I slept like a baby!

Fast wifi & stable connection; friendly & courteous gentleman at front desk; small room w/comfortable queen bed; good A/C unit; no microwave; large mini-fridge but no freezer compartment. Relatively clean room. No coffee/tea in lobby outside of breakfast hours; healthy continental breakfast (boiled eggs, cheese, sweetened yogurts, quality & basic breads, muffins, numerous cereals, juices, coffee, tea, bananas, apples, oranges, unsweetened oatmeal). Breakfast staff was very friendly & relatively attentive at restocking items. Beautiful view overlooking river from terrace, breakfast area, patio, & rooms facing that direction.
